Alles bestens für Selbstversorger, in 3 Minuten zu Fuss am Strand!
Pros:

Im Kühlschrank lag alles zum Zubereiten
eines Schinken-Käse-Toasts bereit!
Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigem
ausgestattet, auch Kaffee und Zucker
war vorhanden. Ein von mir erwünschter
Safe wurde in kürzester Zeit gebracht>danke!

Cons:

Der Eingangsbereich des Hauses könnte
mal wieder einen Sträucher-Zuschnitt und
eine Reinigung vertragen!

Pros:

Mir hat alles gefallen. Alles da was man braucht. Netter Kontakt zu den Gastgebern (auch wenn wir uns nie gesehen haben) Strand in der Nähe, die Juwelierin meines Vertrauens 100 m entfernt. Tolle Restaurants, Minimarkt....Im Kühlschrank Bier, Wasser, etwas zu essen, Kaffee, Tee....Toll!

Overall an amazing stay and location.
Pros:

Convenient location , close to all restaurants and super close to beach. Nice cozy little place for travelling family and owner left plenty of supplies for us all. Bathroom supplies, tea and coffee, snacks, bread, sliced cheese and turkey, & drinks. It was excellent and very useful.

Cons:

Property needing some hooks for towels and hand towel, maybe a couple more utensils to make a quick fried egg breaky. The stove top and toasters are there but need a spatula or something to get the eggs out of the pan.

Pros:

Excellent séjour, l’hôte est très disponible et sympathique, l’appartement parfaitement propre et la climatisation fonctionne bien.
Les équipements sont super ! A notre arrivée nous avons même trouvé des cadeaux de bienvenue : vin, bières, gâteaux et produits locaux. Merci encore !

Cons:

Le second lit est un canapé clic clac, donc un peu moins confortable que l’autre

Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei dem gesamten Hotelteam für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt bedanken! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir unglaublich herzlich empfangen – so eine warme Begrüßung erlebt man nicht überall.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön für die liebevollen Glückwünsche und Geschenke zum Geburtstag – das war eine wundervolle Überraschung und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch unvergesslicher gemacht!

Das Hotel ist hervorragend gelegen, nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt, und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Pros:

La proximité avec la plage est incroyable et nous avions une petite vue sur le mer, l’appartement était super et très fonctionnel, nous avions à l’arrivée des encas et des boissons offertes, c’était très gentil ! Même s’il n’y a pas de cuisine, nous disposions de vaisselles ainsi qu’un toaster. C’est assez spacieux pour deux et la proximité avec des restaurants sur la plage était agréable.

Cons:

Le drap était légèrement petit pour 2 personnes et nous n’avions pas de balais ou balayette pour passer un petit coup de ménage durant la semaine avec le sable.

Pros:

Location, close to the beach and restaurants, air condition and TV in both rooms, nice terase, good wifi. We found some food in the fridge. (Wine, bothles of watter, ham, cheese...). We could check-in 2 hours earlier what was super for us.

Pros:

Very spacious room with terrace, air conditioner is perfect because it's sunny in the mornings. The bathroom is well equipped. It's quiet most of the time, the karaoke bars are far away. There's lovely tavern across the street and a supermarket

Cons:

There's no mop or broom to clean the sand, but we were careful not to bring it in the room. Everything was perfect!

Great For A Quiet Time. Comfortable, Polite Owners, Easy Stay.
Pros:

It's very clean and seems newly refurbished. It's quiet and you don't have the hassle of a hotel with checkins and other people. There's aircon included, a fridge, a TV if necessary and a balcony.

Just down the track is a great restaurant with a beautiful view and strong WiFi. I had my coffee there and could get on with some work.

Cons:

A small room recently refurbished with a bed that is not at all comfortable,without a shower curtain,not an appealing balcony with old furniture.

Absolutely amazing
Pros:

We really enjoyed the convenient central location not only to the centre of Faliraki but also the beach

Cons:

The shower went a bit hot and cold but not a big issue and more towels could have been provided as we had quite a long stay
