Pros:

Studio is very well equipped with all you necessay needs, room size is enough to get confortable, the terrace is very good with a beautiful view on the garden. Owner is very kind and very responsive to all your needs and on the end is very close to the beach, no more than 2 miniutes walking.

The stay was pleasat and if the rooms get upgraded it will become a real nice place
Pros:

The location is top! Literally 2 minutes from the beach

Cons:

The bathroom needs updating. It needs a thorough cleaning. Also I had an issue with the shower faucet but it was fixed by the host really fast

Very good
Pros:

The room was spacious. The studio was in a good location, very close to the beach. You could easily find a place to park the car infront of the studio. The balconies were spacious and you could have breakfast there. They also provided enough privacy from neighbours. There was a large garden infrint and you could relax there. I appreciated the fact that it was a quiet place and you could sleep well with the window open.

Cons:

The bathroom could use a deep brushing, top to bottom, as there was mould and lime that could easily be removed.
