The staff is very friendly. All was really clean. I like the hotel is down town. The breakfast was also very good.

There was a form i needed to sign and a 20 jod i had to pay as a deposit. It's fine but I'd appreciate if they have mentioned that before hand.
The breafast is adequate. It is not a 5 star hotel spread but that should no be expected here. U have all the usual - eggs, bread, fruit, vegetables. It is good enough to get you started on your day.
The rooms need to be sound-proofed. Seeing as the location is dead center of downtown there is a lot of street noise late into the night and I could hear it very clearly.
I stayed at Beirut Hotel for one night, and everything was excellent. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown Amman, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even upgraded my room free of charge.
The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was great, and the view was lovely. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman.
Nothing.
отель посреди амманского даун-тауна. на все 100 соответствует своей звездности и цене. В номере есть все необходимое.
Very clean hotell, I recommend it.
Its ok.
They charged me 20jds as deposit which they paod it back to me on checkout, although it wasn't mentioned during booking process and when I objected, they showed me that it was mentioned somewhere in the terms and condition in a very microscopic font.
That was really wear.

The Beirut Hotel 2 was perfectly located in old downtown. We walked to the Citadel and Temple of Hercules. It was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had fresh fruit and vegetables, good coffee and omelets! We walked around the vibrant city at night and had the most delicious foods!
It was perfect.
Excellent location in the city center, close to the Roman theater and the citadel. The staff is helpful and ready to help with anything. I booked trips to the Dead Sea and Jerash through them, as well as an airport transfer.
The place was clean and cozy. Breakfasts were good.
The hotel was very central and had a great view!
The rooms were very comfy and large, had a great bathroom and air conditioning!
Breakfast is amazing - and the man who makes it is so so lovely!!! He made us fresh omelet’s everyday!
The staff were very responsive and provided lots of details when organising day trips
Was a little loud at times from outside
The only thing I was a little disappointed about was that I felt a little misled about a day trip. I inquired about potentially doing a combined trip to Wadi Mujib and the Dead Sea as they seemed close on a map to me and we didn’t have many days so wanted to combine them. The hotel told me there was a great distance between them and you needed to do them separately. So after going to the Dead Sea the day before I was a bit shocked to see that on the way to Wadi Mujib we drove right past the hotel we went to on the Dead Sea, and that the Wadi Mujib visitor centre was right across the road to the Dead Sea. Meaning that they could easily be combined.
This meant that I missed out on an opportunity to do another day trip somewhere else.
They were also not really day trips, but organised transfers ( we didn’t mind but might of use to others)
