Excelente experiencia en Beirut Hotel 2. La habitación estaba muy limpia, el personal fue súper amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, respondiendo todas nuestras preguntas y dándonos muy buenas recomendaciones. Además, la administración fue muy profesional y nos permitió hacer el check-in a las 7 de la mañana. ¡Muy recomendado!
Esta fue mi tercera estadía en el hotel durante este viaje, y también me he hospedado aquí en viajes anteriores. Un pequeño inconveniente fue que mi reserva incluía desayuno, pero lamentablemente el chef tuvo un problema de salud y el servicio de desayuno no estuvo disponible. Sin embargo, el personal y la administración fueron muy atentos y se disculparon por la situación. Nos ofrecieron la opción de pedirnos el desayuno por fuera o devolvernos el dinero correspondiente al desayuno, algo que apreciamos mucho.
Great hotel in the heart of downtown Amman. The rooms are clean, the Wi-Fi is strong, and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately, breakfast is no longer available as it used to be, which is a bit disappointing compared to previous stays.

Unfortunately, breakfast was not available this time, although it was offered during my previous stay. I was disappointed as breakfast was one of the positive aspects of my previous experience.

Beirut Hotel 2 completely exceeded my expectations. Even though the entrance is a bit tucked away in an alleyway right past the barber shop, you instantly feel welcome. The staff is exceptional, fluent in English, and always eager to help with genuine warm hospitality. Breakfast was included, and since their chef was away on medical leave, they kindly curated a fresh, delicious traditional Jordanian breakfast for me on the top-floor terrace overlooking the city. The AC was perfect, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the view of the Grand Husseini Mosque was stunning. Having visited 73 countries, I can safely say this place feels more like a 4-star Novotel or Hilton than a 2-star hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower area was huge with sliding doors, which was a huge plus. You honestly cannot find a better location in downtown Amman.
There was absolutely nothing to dislike. Everything was exceptional from start to finish.
