The hotel is in the heart of Amman's downtown night life, in the very center of the city, you can move by foot. People in the reception and in the breakfast are very friendly (something very common in beautiful Jordan). We had a beautiful view of the city the first 2 nights, with a beautiful mosque (but you could heard the prayer call in the night too). We booked the pickup at the airport with the hotel, and it was perfect. They provided in advance the list of all the excursions you can organize with them and their prices. We also booked the transfer to Wadi Musa (Petra) which was good, but can be get cheaper with any taxi driver. Breakfast was on the top floor, normal one, but the person in charge is very hospitable.
Despite the detail you will read below, we absolutely recommend this place for city explorers.
We had a beautiful view of the city the first 2 nights...but unexpectely, when we were going out to see the city in the morning in our third day, we were asked to go back to the room and pack everything since they needed to move us to another room with a "maintenance" justification (but we knew they wanted the 3 beds room they had given us). We complained because we lost part of the time we had for visiting the city. And we were given a room with a parking view...no more nice view. They could have at least told us to prepare things for moving the night before, to have them ready to move in the morning.

Desayuno bien aunque algo limitado Pero no es un problema. El personal del desayuno muy amable y servicial.

The hotel based in really nice area, in old town, near the Roman theatre.Its surrounded with many stores, shops, cafes and nice places.Also the important thing is that everywhere you can find a nice Drogeries and ATMs, which is appreciated for tourists
Hotel in a great location near the Citadel, Roman Theatre, and in the Downtown area, all easily walkable (though you'll have to hike uphill for places like Rainbow Street, but this is unavoidable in Amman's topography). Very friendly and helpful, professional staff. Great breakfast service on the top floor with great views over the city. Room and facilities were in good condition and very convenient (e.g. TV with YouTube available, refridgerator, kettle, etc.). I used Amman as a base for day-trips and was able to book drivers through the reception at a usually reasonable price (by Jordan tourism standards) with excellent drivers. A very comfortable stay in Amman overall.
No real problems. At most, I could mention that noise outside the room (either in the hallway or outside the window) can sometimes be loud, but things are quiet enough after 11:30pm or midnight so I didn't really have any trouble sleeping (and I'm a fairly light sleeper usually).
