Pros:

El personal ha sido encantador en todos los sentidos. Mi inglés es malo pero hicieron posible para que les entendiera y me ayudaron en todo lo que solicité. La habitación comoda y espaciosa, el baño muy amplio y el desayuno Rico, aunque no ponían fruta.

Cons:

Estar cerca de la mezquita principal... Sus llamadas a oración en la madrugada pero es algo que ocurre en todos lados así que lo asumes bien.

Lage, ruhige Nächte, Bett war gemütlich, gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Cons:

Beim Duschen überschwemmt das Bad, Wasserkocher und Tasse war da aber kein Tee/Kaffee

Pros:

El servicio de Khaled el chico de recepción fue increíble, siempre estuvo pendiente de mí y de lo que necesitara.

Cons:

La cama era muy incómoda, un día solamente me dejaron la mitad de rollo de papel de baño.
Tuve un percance con el servicio de traslado del aeropuerto al hotel, mi conductor chocó contra otro auto, me hicieron un descuento en el transfer de regreso pero creo que el conductor no supo manejar la situación, Khaled sin embargo estuvo pendiente y fue muy profesional al informarle en incidente a la compañía proveedora del servicio

Mein Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel war von Anfang an wirklich wunderbar und sehr angenehm. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, besonders möchte ich den Mitarbeiter Ahmed hervorheben, der nachts Dienst hatte. Er war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und einfach großartig. Sein Empfang war sehr herzlich, und wenn er da war, hat es mir an nichts gefehlt.

Vielen herzlichen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt und den hervorragenden Service in Ihrem Hotel. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder!

Zentrale Lage durchschnittliches Budgethotel
Pros:

Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Preisleistung ok, man darf dafür keinen Luxus erwarten.

Cons:

Relativ laut nachts, Badezimmer steht nach Duschen unter Wasser.

Brilliant
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a very good location, close to all the main sights and shops/restaurants. The room itself was very clean and quiet, comfortable bed. I was also impressed by the attention to small details such as complimentary bottle of water every morning. Very good breakfast as well with wonderful view to the old town of Amman. However, the real highlight of my stay was the brilliant staff who made me feel very looked after. Especially the gentleman working at the restaurant and Ahmad from the reception. If I were to return to Amman, I would most definitely choose this hotel again.

Pros:

Loved the room it was super clean and the stuff was so friendly and helpful with all of my requests. i was just looking for a single night stay but i would definitely recommend it for more days!!
