御社と営業店とのコミュニケーションが悪すぎる。ネットに乗せる資格がない。

Cons:

インターネット予約にもかかわらず、受付はなく、何の説明もなく（50～60位の女性の方にインターネットでの予約をしていることを告げたのですが・・・）、料金はインターネット予約（6,300円）の金額とは異なるもの（8,030円）だったので、御社本部（男性）には苦情の申し立てをしたのですが、何の返答もありませんでした。
こんな対応をするのであれば、ネットには載せない方が良い！

Pros:

普通のホテルでは考えられないくらい広くて綺麗、ベッドも大きい。
オーシャンビュー。
ラブホテルなのに予約出来て、一般価格より安かった。
従業員さんも親切。

Cons:

別府だからお風呂は温泉が出るかもしれないと期待してしてたけど、違った。
2人で550円の朝食はこのプランでは頼めなかった。
普通のホテルの感覚で、少し早く行っても入れてもらえるかなと思ったけど、システムが違うようで時間にならないと入れなかった。
