Our stay at this hotel in Colombia was absolutely spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was beyond exceptional. Every staff member made us feel genuinely welcome, valued, and cared for. Their warmth and professionalism truly made a difference in our experience.

The restaurant food was incredible , every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. It honestly exceeded our expectations and became one of the highlights of our stay.

The hotel overall was amazing clean, comfortable, and simply spectacular in every way. We left very happy and grateful for such a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Colombia!

Le bruit de l’ascenseur que nous avons entendu toute la nuit. Les robinets de la douche sont brisés et le drain de la douche est inefficace. La porte du balcon ne barre pas

Worth the cost and a bonus of a fine restaurant being available in house.
Pros:

Room was to standard and expectations created by other reviewers. Similar the restaurant was exceptional standard and value for the money. Staff or arrival were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We had completed a long and tiring drive with driver on steriods(!) in the mountains, in the night and rain

Feels a bit luxurious!
Pros:

Bed soooo comfortable, concierge went out of his way to book me a great walking tour. Good coffee, water provided, tasty breakfast, safe secure moto parking, best shower I’ve been in for months while traveling.
