Fabulous hotel, fabulous staff, spotlessly, queen, beautiful room, rooms, and bathroom bathrooms, and a perfect location
Pros:

This was a beautiful property situated on Ellington Place just off 21st Ave. in downtown Nashville close to Vanderbilt, Medical Center. we had an appointment at 8 AM the next morning and this hotel is a perfect location. We could walk across the street to get food and also to do some shopping. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were absolutely wonderful, of course you have to pay $44 to Valet Park your car but that is so typical of a big city. I would most definitely stay here again. Unfortunately, we were not able to have the free breakfast as we had to leave for tests where you could not eat. But there were plenty people down there in the morning.

Cons:

NO HOTEL PARKING!! Got told vallet parking was required for $44 when the parking lot across the street was cashing only $20 where the vallet was parking the vehicles. Plus they were driving other people's vehicles reckless. Got told I had to pay an additional $150 after I already paid on the app for my hotel stay (only paid cause I needed a place after my long drive) No bath tub, only a shower. Booked a room for 2 people, had 1 towel and 1 wash cloth

Other than that everything else was good.
Cons:

That there was no free parking in hotel, the fact we would have to pay 55 a day for a parking spot for the hotel. We would just go pay at a public parking for 30 bucks. Again not near hotel.

Loved Nashville and the hotel was great. Clean rooms, shuttle service and friendly staff
Pros:

Shuttle to town was great! The staff was very friendly and the food was good on the morning! Beer tap at night was a fun feature and free hot coffee and tea!

Cons:

Loved that they were dog friendly BUT the grounds were covered EVERYWHERE with dog poop! I realize that it was cold and lots of ice.. but if you’re going to charge $68 for dogs… clean it up! People were stepping on it and realizing it’s not the hotels responsibility to clean up after our pets, having bags and a dedicated trash area for owners would probably help!!!

Cons:

There is no parking lot .They charged $50 to valet parking (no self parking) at a lot that we couldn’t see. Didn’t know how secure it was.
