I am grateful for the quality time you provided for me and my family. My two daughters had a wonderful time.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and cheerful (except for a cleaning lady).
Food was also delicious

Cons:

Nothing but I hope more efforts should be made to provide clean cups and plates while serving meals.
Something else I recommend is to enlarge the choices regarding food. Although the options offered were very delicious but I think they don’t meet the need of everyone. For example, my Algerian friend had to leave the hotel to look for kaftaji and other local dishes.

Gran hotel en una hermosa playa en Djerba!
Pros:

Excelente opción en Djerba! Es un hotel con instalaciones modernas y cómodas. La habitación es espaciosa y de buen gusto con una pequeña terraza y reposeras, en nuestro caso frenta al mar en una zona tranquila. La playa es espectacular, cuidada y sin sargazo! El hotel ofrece muchas actividades, resulta ideal para quien quiere descansar sin moverse del hotel. Destaco la atención del equipo de recepción; siempre bien predispuestos y cálidos.

Cons:

Tener en cuenta que por tratarse de un hotel del tipo all inclusive suele haber muchos huésperde, en especial en determinadas áreas comunes y en horarios. Puede resultar difícil conseguir una sombrilla y reposera en la playa a la mañana!
Como sugerencia de mejora, creo que el local comercial ubicado en el lobby debería cuidar un poco más la experiencia de los huéspedes. Sería recomendable evitar insistencias o prácticas de regateo, y sistema de pago claro, que pueden resultar incómodas para quienes se alojan en el hotel. Al estar dentro de las instalaciones, uno espera una atención acorde con el nivel y el ambiente del hotel, diferente a la que podría encontrarse en un mercado o en la vía pública.

Excellent pour un 3 étoiles
Pros:

Les équipements (piscines…) sont très bien entretenus et les lieux sont très propres.
Le ménage est fait absolument tous les jours (sauf si demande contraire).
Les repas sont bons (le dîner est meilleur que le déjeuner cependant).

Nous avons eu des fourmis dans notre chambre (pourtant à l’étage). Mais rien de très grave

Les locaux, l'emplacement, le personnel, les animations, les boissons inclus non stop 24/24 en all in clusive.

La literie, la clim.

Cons:

Les femmes de ménage si elles ne font pas les chambres au moment de leur tour parce que vous mettez la pancarte pas disponible. Elles oublient de repasser et la chambre reste comme elle est sans serviette de rechange.

Le repas bien mais manque de choix dans les glaces et les dessert.

Świetne wakacje na Djerbie

Bardzo dobre miejsce, świetny personel hotrlu i animatorzy, czysto, smaczne posiłki i napoje dostępne w ofercie all. Zepsuł nam się zamek w drzwiach i nie mogliśmy dostać się do pokoju ale serwis hotelowy szybko naprawił usterkę.
