Un séjour parfait
Pros:

Un accueil super, des animateurs au top, ils sont présents et organisent de belles sorties, animations et soirées
la nourriture était bonne, les boissons alcoolisées servis de bonne qualité en général et le personnel est aux petits soins,je conseille vivement cet hôtel

Cons:

J’ai payé un supplément vue mer et la chambre 340 avait une vue mer très limitée, je n’ai pas demandé à changer mais je suis sûre qu’ils l’auraient fait

Lo único bueno fueron las personas de la animación, eran geniales, muy sonrientes, simpáticos y de verdad al servicio de la gente, luego uno que otro de la recepción y los del bar muy amables

Cons:

Estuve congelada toda la estadía, jamás prendieron la calefacción, para el secador de pelo te pedían una garantía y encima en la noche que tenía el pelo todo mojado no me querían prestar el secador de pelo, al final lo hizo pero de muy mala gana, el restaurante nada excepcional, personalmente lo encontré malo, además si quería beber algo mientras cenaba tenía que yo irlo a buscar al bar ( estaba lleno de camareros que no sabían ni los ingredientes de las cosas que habían ) fue una tras otra, una lástima, cabe destacar que llegué el día de la “inauguración “ del hotel por temporada entonces de verdad no éramos muchos clientes entonces me cuesta entender el servicio tan malo.

El primer día tuve que pedir que hicieran el baño porque o no lo hicieron o fue muy a la rápida.

Bien, mais trop grande structure à notre goût. Nous ne reviendrons pas malgré l'accueil.

Nous avons été contents de retrouver une partie de l'équipe de restauration anciennement du Télémaque ainsi que la direction. Merci de l'accueil joviale de Tarek à la réception c'est un vrai professionnel, merci également à tout le personnel dans son ensemble toujours à l'écoute. L'endroit est très bien situé, les plus belle plages de l'île ! Le midi au barbecue très bien, il est à taille humaines, il ne faut pas arriver trot tard.

Cons:

Dommage nous aurions préféré loger dans les bungalows au rez- de chaussé, avec plutôt une douche, du côté où nous étions des odeurs venant des cuisine, pas terrible.! Beaucoup trop de bruit autour de la piscine et le soir, en journée la musique n'est pas agréable à écouter, un peu de soul nous aurait fait plaisir au lieu du boom ! boom ! en permanence. Déçu de ne pas pouvoir prendre les repas du matin et du soir à l'extérieur, pour cause les salles de restauration trot bruyantes.
