Lovely relaxing holiday
Pros:

Staff were friendly and informative apartment was clean and had everything needed for self catering lovely veiw from balcony of the sea and mountains pool and gardens fabulous we all had a great time

Worst reception experience
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

We had a problem with the apartment details which is different from what we’ve booked, it was missing a queen bed which made the stay of our family uncomfortable, we booked exactly because of the number of the beds since we were traveling with two kids and a senior person.

The worst part of the stay it was the receptionist Francesca, which was late on the check in and when I asked about the difference in the apartment details she was extremely rude and aggressive responding with this words “call your agent and GO AWAY” in front of other gusts, how a person treat a guest like this, saying to me and my family at the beginning of our holidays to go away from the hotel. This is unacceptable for a place you want to rest and have peace.

The shower gets cold suddenly, it hasn’t microwave and you have to go outside of the apartment to get a very slow wifi. The swimming pool is very very deep not sure why making the play with the kids annoying.
