Las vistas de la habitación son maravillosas!!!!
Es un hotel hermoso, con un staff muy bueno, pero al hotel le falta una remodelación o inversión.
Muy linda vista desde la habitación, desayuno, etc. Nos tocaron días de lluvia y por suerte el hotel era muy cómodo. Además, cuenta con piscina techada. El desayuno muy variado.
La pileta, las vistas tipo mirador en todo el hotel, las comodidades, la habitación con una vista insuperable
Restaurante. Hay una pequeña área de mejora para explorar en los platos ofrecidos, comparado con otros lugares. Desde mi punto de vista se puede mejorar la relación precio calidad haciendo platos más sabrosos que justifiquen el precio que tienen.

La ubicación del hotel sobre el Nahuel Huapi, todas las habitaciones con vistas increíbles! Todos los espacios comunes también tienen una vista estupenda, incluida la pileta!
Creo que al hotel le hace falta mantenimiento. El desayuno podría tener más variedad para un hotel de está categoría. Lo otro que nos llamó la atención, fue que, si en lugar de tomar café de filtro solicitabas el de máquina debías abonarlo. Esta actitud no se condice con el precio de la habitación que habíamos abonado.
The location is amazing. Right on the lake with huge windows everywhere.
The property is dated. There were some cracked windows in the lobby overlooking the lake. They didn’t inhibit the view but they were indicative of the maintenance needed in general for the property.

The property is located in one of the most astonishing places to be in Argentina! The view form the room for the beautiful mountains and the lake is breathtaking! What a wonderful place. The hotel itself has a good pool, breakfast and parking lot. People very supportive and great outside spaces.
It is a pity that they still are not prepared for the summer in Patagonia! It is really hot in Jan-Mar period and without air-conditioning in the rooms is nearly impossible to have a good stay. We were not able to sleep these nights.
La piscina climatizada está muy bien. La vista al lago.
La comida no está acorde al precio y la carta o menú es reducida. De hecho, tuvimos problemas con 2 de 4 platos, pero Sabrina (administradora del hotel) se preocupó personalmente del asunto y nos compensó con otra cena de cortesía. El bar no tiene mayor atractivo y también la oferta es escasa. De hecho, tanto en el restaurante como en el bar, a pesar de tener oferta reducida de opciones, varias no estaban disponibles. El desayuno es normal, no destaca y el café es pésimo.
Lo que mas me gusto es la habitacion, un vista hermosa. La atencion del personal es buena. El baño tiene una ducha muy chica.
Creo que esta venido abajo, le faltan actualizacion. El tamaño de la ducha es incomoda, no te dan las batas si nos las pedis. El desayuno y la cena me parecieron mediocres.

Divino lugar y excelente atención.
El.hotel es hermoso, la vista al lago de las habitaciones, de la puketa y deck y del restaurante son maravillosas. La comida del restaurante es deliciosa y a precios razonables. El.entorno de bosque con arrayanes y flores es sin dudas un plus.

La vista las instalaciones y la amabilidad del personal
La falta de aislamiento de sonido de las habitaciones . Se escuchaban las valijas y las charlas del pasillo
El hotel tiene una vista increibe sobre el lago. Esta ubicado al borde del lago. El restaurante es muy lindo y la comida excelente. El personal nos atendio muy amablemente y siempre a disposicion. El desayuno es muy completo.
El sauna no funcionaba, y exteriormente el hotel esta muy descuidado y envejecido. Se ven maderas salidas, revoques caidos o despintados, y chorreadas de agua con caliza sobre los ventanales que hacen perder su transparencia. Las habitaciones son muy calurosas y no tienen aire acondicionado. Durante el dia es imposible dormir alli por el calor.
