Pros:

Lo que más me gustó es la vista, que desde todos los espacios en el hotel hay vista al lago. La piscina climatizada interior/exterior a la que puedes salir directamente, disfrutando de un baño por la noche con vista al lago a la luz de la luna. Los masajes de Lorena. Lo cerca que está de la ciudad y atracciones turísticas. Realmente disfruté mi estadía.

Cons:

El restorán se puede mejorar bastante, tenía algunos pocos platos buenos y otros malos. El café del bufet del desayuno era malo. Le falta una mantención al hotel, algunas puertas/ventanas no cierran bien, algunos desgastes. Aún así no impidió que me sintiera cómoda, ya que estaba todo limpio y calefaccionado.

Hotel encantador con atención esmerada en cada detalle por parte de sus empleadas/os...las comodidades son excelentes y el hotel se encuentra enmarcado en perfecta sintonía con la naturaleza, las vistas de todo el complejo son incomparables! Muy completo los desayunos y en el restaurante se come bien también aunque no mucha variedad de platos

Cons:

Nos encantó todo...quizás la piscina climatizada podría tener unos grados más algunos días pero es un detalle personal y relativo, entiendo puede haber personas que la prefieran así.
