Unfortunately very disappointing

Breakfast was exceptional poor. On a scale of 1-10 it was a firm 1. I count 5 members of staff on duty at 8am. All stood together doing nothing.

At no point did any member of staff come and speak to us and welcome us a breakfast. Food quality was so bad I can’t begin to put it in words.

The hotel is obviously going through some upgrade work but management and owners need to understanding that having 5 stars also requires you to provide excellence in service.

We stayed in a “renovated” room on the 3rd floor. Rooms are basic particularly considering the grade and price. If you are a Uk visitor it’s nearly comparable to a premier inn rather than Marriott Bovay.

House keeping also need to realise that showers don’t clean themselves and the black stuff in the corners between floor and wall tiles it actually mildew / black mould and it get worse rather than better it left.

Pros:

Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Tabi domuz ve türevi etler de olduğu için güvenip et yiyemedik bal ve peynirle idare ettik. Ancak konumu odası plaja yakınlığı havuzun kullanım rahatlığı her şeyiyle sessiz ve sakin bir gün geçirdik. Resepsiyon görevlileri çok yardım severdi özellikle Biljana merkezde cam önünde bulduğumuz park ücretini ertesi gün bizim için ödemiş oldu.

Cons:

En önemli eksiği taharet musluğu bence. Özellikle çocuklar bilemedi ne yapacaklarını. Bir de bizim odanın kliması mı sadece bilmiyorum ancak direk yataklara bakan kısımdaydı dolayısıyla klimayı kapatıp oda kapısını açarak yattık.

Bardzo dobry hotel z widokiem na Jezioro Ochrydzkie
Pros:

Według spotkanych przez nas mieszkańców Ochrydy jest to najlepszy hotel w okolicy. Wysoki standard, wspaniale położony, z cudownym widokiem. Komfortowe pokoje, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Dobre śniadania, codziennie świeże produkty. Bezpośrednio obok hotelu plaża z komfortowym, bezpiecznym wejściem do jeziora. Bardzo uprzejmy i profesjonalny Personel.

Cons:

Hotel jest położony ok. 3,5 km od centrum Ochrydy, więc jeżeli celem wyjazdu jest city break, może to stanowić przeszkodę. Komunikacja jest możliwa, natomiast spacer wymaga niezłej kondycji. Brak menu dziecięcego na śniadaniu - może być problematyczne.

Hotel odnowiony, zadbany. Do centrum 4 km na piechotkę lub taki. Nie polecam konsumować w Hotelu jest drogo. Brak basenu

Monotonne śniadania , codziennie to samo. Brak basenu na zewnątrz , droga restauracja.

For the area and a 5star hotel, the cost was extremely high & the experience poor.

The views are magnificent

Cons:

The room was dusty, unkempt with a broken smoke alarm and holes on floors where skirting boards were removed. Our room was 503 on level -1 so to walk to it- we needed to walk through maintenance work and a rancid smell, making it unpleasant. .
