Overall, it was okay, but definitely not worth the money.
Pros:

The location is very good, surrounded by nature and close to the beach. The view from the rooms is really good. The spa is good as well, with a nice view, and the pool is big with a jacuzzi.

Cons:

The cleanliness could be better. In the rooms, it felt like only the basics were done, like changing the sheets, while things like the TV remote, light switches, and floors were dusty and not very clean. The breakfast buffet was also very disappointing. The food was stale, with hard bread and pastries, no sweet options, and a very limited selection overall. It really wasn’t worth it.

Die Lage ist traumhaft.

Cons:

Das Frühstück wird dem Anspruch eines 5* Hotels nicht gerecht. Rührei und Spiegeleier kalt. Kein frischer Orangensaft, Kaffee aus dem Automaten ohne Geschmack.

Pros:

Our whole stay was absolutely fantastic. The location and the view were magnificent. The room was super clean and tidy and the staff were incredibly professional and accommodating. The service at the hotel exceeded our expectations. We will definitely choose Inex Olgica for our next stay in Ohrid.

Θέα, σπα, ζεστή εσωτερική πισίνα, τοποθεσία, καθαριότητα.

Cons:

Το προσωπικό είναι φιλικό αλλά όχι επαγγελματίες, είναι όλοι στις γωνίες ή με ένα κινητό στο χέρι ή με ένα πιάτο φαί και τρώνε, απαίσιο πρωινό, το χειρότερο 3στερο στο κόσμο έχει καλύτερο πρωινό. Πραγματικά άθλιο.

Good location but not for 5 stars
Pros:

Excellent location and very beautiful view of the lake. The rooms were warm and cozy and the staff is very friendly.

Cons:

The spa had not met the expectations, the water of the tubs-jacuzzi is shared with the pool and is cold.
