Mi è piaciuta molto la stanza perché era grande, pulita con l’acqua termale in camera.

Pros:

温泉が良かったです。部屋もきれいで、食事も美味しかったです。

温泉の水栓金具が使いずらかったです。シャワーと水栓の切り替えが出来ませんでした。

Great facilities, accessible hotel, friendly staff
Pros:

Wonderful staff! Extremely friendly and they went out of their way to help us (we had one wheelchair user and two babies!). Very responsive too when we made requests.
They have all the baby equipment - bed, bath, steriliser, temperature controlled hot water.
Just to note that the 8th floor is not accessible via lift.
The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious.
Very small thing - it was strange to only have two hooks in the bathroom, very few places to hang towels and bathing suits!

Great stay for a higher end hotel in Beitou.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Great selection on the menu and buffet style format. Amenities were excellent. Very clean hot spring available to hotel guests. Built-in hot spring bath in our room. Staff was attentive in transporting our luggage. Bilingual and were able to communicate in English. They were very accomodating when we accidentally left our do not disturb light on and able to give us a fresh set of towels.

Cons:

I think the price point does lean on the more expensive side for a room per night but it is a higher end hotel. But other than that everything else was great.

大満足です。また利用したいです。
Pros:

レストランは朝食のみの利用でしたが、味・量とも大満足です。レストランのスタッフは品が良く丁寧で親切な対応でした。チェックイン、チェックアウトのスタッフも対応が良かったです。私は英語も台湾語も話せないので、お互いに片言になる事が多かったのですが、常に誠意を感じる対応で心地が良かったです。
部屋のお風呂も露天風呂も気持ち良かったです。
