大満足です。また利用したいです。
Pros:

レストランは朝食のみの利用でしたが、味・量とも大満足です。レストランのスタッフは品が良く丁寧で親切な対応でした。チェックイン、チェックアウトのスタッフも対応が良かったです。私は英語も台湾語も話せないので、お互いに片言になる事が多かったのですが、常に誠意を感じる対応で心地が良かったです。
部屋のお風呂も露天風呂も気持ち良かったです。

Relaxing getaway
Pros:

Great hospitality!
Very welcoming, attentive staff, from bellhop, to receptionist, to waitress and chambermaid...SUPER FRIENDLY!!! It felt like a home away from home. Ruby, Wendy, Irene, Candy and many others that I didn't get their names (I am sorry). But yes, you know who you are...and I know who you are. :)
Everyone was very attentive to my elderly mum.
Love the breakfast and the seating area!!! Lots of variety, from locals to western. Spoilt for choices!
My flight got delayed and they extended my checkout till 1pm and offered coffee while waiting for taxi and even can enjoy the outdoor onsen. We initially wanted to sit at the lobby and enjoy our quiet moment there. Couldn't ask for more!

Cons:

Nothing...but if I were to nitpick, I would say the transport arrangement...they fetched my mum but left me behind. Hahahaha.... anyway, it got resolved.

賓至如歸的感覺，環境好很安靜
Pros:

接待人員跟房務都很客氣，老公生日還有一個好吃的4寸蛋糕，好開心😀

Cons:

吹風機可以稍微擦一下，感覺髒髒的，枕頭太扁了睡的不舒服

Beautiful and clean hotel with and onsen, conveniently located near tourist attractions
Pros:

Spacious, clean, and comfortable room with a private onsen bathtub. Darren Liu provided excellent and attentive service

Cons:

The Chinese restaurant in the hotel had very poor service. The food was slow, not served continuously, and the staff were dishonest with customer.
