The place was very nice and big enough to accommodate 7 women.
What I didn’t like is we couldn’t watch any TV due to the remotes not working batteries was dead in them also the dryer in the back didn’t work properly also A/C kept cutting off in middle of the night after setting it on 72.
great solution if you take both apartments (all floor for you)

I strongly recommend Restaurant El Patio, just 1 minute walking. Amazing food.
The only thing:
Place is quite small voor 6 people. But fine for a short period.
There is not enough space to store clothes for 6 people.

Gut ausgestattet ganz in der Nähe von Ocean Drive und Strand.
Man konnte nicht 5 Minuten Auto auf der Straße stehen lassen aus dem Angst, das es abgeschleppt wird.
Location is very near the beach.
We travelled with quite a few suitcases and the space are very limited. The sofa bed is uncomfortable. Cleanliness is poor. It is located at 2nd floor and you need to get your bags up yourself !
Great location for south beach as it is very close to the front but feels away from the hustle and bustle. Nice that it is 2 apartments in one. Simple checkin with the electronic lock. Apartment was very clean with lovely decor.
At weekends can hear some music at night from the clubs at South beach but to be expected in an area like this.

Amazing location and lovely apartments! The host was really nice and checking that we were having a great time and we had all we needed. So many lovely little touches like the beach games to use and even some sun cream! Gorgeous modern space, perfect for us!
