Pros:

La ubicación, lo fácil de la llegada y las instalaciones nuevas y de calidad . La amplitud del departamento es espectacular. Sensores de luz automática para señalizar escalón, me pareció muy adecuado. ➡️

Cons:

Tal vez la estructura del edificio y la entrada general al mismo está bastante descuidada y sucia.

Good place for exploring Athens
Pros:

The apartment is well situated for exploring central Athens, without it being smack in the middle of the tourist crowds. We had the kitchenware we needed to cook meals and there was ample space for sleeping a family of four. The partnerships for free parking and for breakfast were a nice touch, they both made our stay easier and they worked well (we went to two different locations for breakfast - we recommend Frogs - and we ordered in as well on our last day, which was a tasty meal and delivered on time)

Cons:

The apartment tends to stay very humid, as the window is located far from the kitchenette and the bathroom, and the steam extractors can only do so much. The couch is not the most comfortable one, but that is to be expected on most couches. The parking lots available are about 10-12 minutes walk away, and navigating the one way streets and road closures can be a bit of a hassle. We were able to bring the car up to the entrance in the pedestrian street on the morning we left, though.

Quite noisy during busy hours..
No slippers are provided for travellers who stay for one night.. beacause they are expensive ( that’s what the stuff told me ) 😒

A wonderful stay with a perfect location, comfortable room, and thoughtful amenities.
Pros:

The accommodation’s location was ideal: all major sights and services were easily accessible, even on foot. Although we were staying in the heart of the city, the street remained pleasantly quiet in the evenings, providing a truly relaxing environment.

The room’s modern furnishings met all our needs; it was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bathroom was also in impeccable condition, and we were provided with fresh towels every day. We especially appreciated the coffee capsules, which allowed us to start each morning with a cup of fresh, aromatic coffee.

We had breakfast at the Enteka café, where we enjoyed delicious dishes and kind, attentive service.

Cons:

There was no such thing.
