Very clean and comfortable. The manager, Ruben, is very nice and attentive.
The direction on how to access the property or excellent. The follow-up communication to make sure I knew how to get there and what to do was excellent the location of the property was actually pretty good down the street from a McDonald's and in a well-lit area. The property on the inside was very clean The curb appeal left a lot to be desired, but once you got inside I was satisfied with the amenities. It was cold and I did not see a place to turn up the heat however there were blankets to account or offset the temperature. TV worked fine bathrooms are clean enough towels. I would definitely stay again
Curb appeal was not great, but my expectations were set not to expect glitz and glamor on the outside.
The accommodation was in very poor condition. From the moment we entered, the entire room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and dirt, which were even impregnated in the bedsheets. Because of this, we did not use the bed linens. In addition, cockroaches were coming out of the shower, so we also did not use the shower or the towels.
We were unable to shower, we could not sleep in the bed, and the smell was extremely uncomfortable. We took photos as evidence of the condition of the facilities. This is not a place suitable for staying. We spent almost the entire day outside the accommodation; we mainly wanted it to rest and sleep, but it was not even useful for that. It is very disappointing.
We love this space. Its super convenient and offers exactly what we need.

I arrived from my cruise needing to do my laundry and take a shower . I arrived at property and the host let me wash my clothes one load .
However the towels were extremely thin and small didn’t even fit around my body fully and I’m only 145 pounds 5 feet 6 inches . The smell of mold was strong . The smell of unclean was very strong on the bedsheets . I tried to rest however the sound of the airplanes flying over the room was so frequent that it was impossible for me to rest properly even with ear plugs. The fact the bathroom was not even able to keep the water from shower inside the shower area so water was coming out into where you step on to get out of the shower making it hard to stay dry when getting out of shower . The toilet had a big hole in the wall exposed and didn’t seem safe . I immediately booked another room else’s costing me more . I politely asked host via messages on app of booking.com please can you only charge me for the one night ? I can’t stay here I need to go ? He declined and barely spoke English . I really don’t see it ethnically for me to be charged for the full amount of days when I clearly checked out that of that property and checked into a another property same day . I would only at that property for two hours and I should be getting a refund on the remaining days . This is very wrong and unjust what I went through . Crack on ceiling and the property was renting out other rooms very close distance to eachother . Too many people got very small house to accommodate. I kept hearing the doors in hallway on the bedroom open and close frequently. Unsatisfactory and I feel I’m being taken advantage of charging me for the whole 4 nights when I immediately left property after two hours of unpleasant experience and had to pay more for my other stay for the same dates .
