An incredibly high standard — everything was simply amazing, from the atmosphere to the quality of service.
The entire staff was absolutely incredible — friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making the stay perfect. We would especially like to highlight the manager, Janni — very attentive, well-mannered, and professional. You can really feel the sincere desire to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Everything was organized flawlessly: presentation, service, and overall guest care were all top-notch.
We were extremely satisfied and will gladly return again!

The hotel took a repeat payment for the room. Then they said it was an accident. It's been 3 weeks now, and the money hasn't been returned to the card.

Отель очень хорошо расположен: до парка Цветов и до Телебашни мы легко дошли прогулочным шагом минут за 20-30, фоткаясь по дороге. Так же рядом с отелем минутах в 7 есть станция метро, откуда можно без пересадок доехать до аэропорта. Номер просторный, вид из номера не шедевральный, но вполне приемлемый. В целом отель соответствует и своей цене, и своей звездности. Завтрак нормальный, голодным не останешься.

Fiz um check-in tardio, e o staff foi bastante simpático, prontificou-se para colocar logo wi-fi no meu telemóvel e ofereceu-me alguma fruta para poder comer. O tamanho do quarto era incrível e a localização bastante boa.

Wonderful Chinese, and Western Breakfast. Hot Food and steamed Dimsum were a treat! Very nice variety of asian beverages. Excellent noodle station.
