Pros:

I had an amazing time at this hotel! My luggage got lost and they kindly offered me a spa🫶🏻✨. The customer service was excellent and the staff was so nice especially reception and spa. Hope to come back soon!

Great hotel, I'll look forward to staying again.
Pros:

Easy parking as ever with a nice big EV charging area which makes me actually choose an EV and be comfortable when visiting Gothenburg! Decent gym, great breakfast and good restaurant. Staff are always efficient and friendly. I've stayed several times and will always be my go to hotel in the area.

Cons:

Shower kept flooding and room was overly hot (even with heating turned off - underfloor heating the bathroom?). There was also a cacophony of (assumed) lorry horns at about 5am - not a lot one can do about this but annoying when the window had to be open.

Det var helt okej och mycket mysigt med vänlig och proffsig personal.
Pros:

Mycket bra frukost. Fräscht, varierat och gott. Gott kaffe och flera sorters gott bröd uppskattade jag mycket. Även att det fanns både färska grönsaker och färsk frukt.

Cons:

Att rummet var väldigt litet. Vattnet i duschen var svårt att få lagomt. Det verkade bara finnas kokhett och iskallt. Det fanns ingen möjlighet att själv välja rummets temperatur och vi tyckte att det var väldigt varmt. Men vi kunde ha öppnat fönstret så klart för täckena var varma.

Tog endast en takeawaykaffe (dock inga muggar framme) och en liten macka med mig

Cons:

Att ha lätttilligängligt en takeawaypåse då jag hade brådis iväg till nästa uppdrag och hade uppskattat en riktig påse att ta med
