Geweldig
Pros:

Het ontbijt was geweldig. Niet eerder hebben we zo lekker in een hotel kunnen ontbijten. Er was oprecht veel keuze. Ook voor veganisten en mensen die geen koemelk drinken. Daarnaast was de hygiene op de kamer en comfort van de bedden top!

Cons:

De rookmelder hangt midden in de kamer waardoor je ‘s avonds continu lichtflitsen ziet. Dit is nogal storend als je van donkere kamers houdt. Daarnaast zat onze kamer op de eerste verdieping, voor het meenemen van koffers ontbreekt er een lift of traploos pad. Hierdoor moet je de koffers de trappen optillen. Ook het incheckproces vonden wij omslachtig. Omdat we de tweede nacht een andere kamer namen moest alles weer opnieuw ingevuld en bekeken worden. Dit terwijl alles al gecontroleerd en bekend was.

Das Zimmer mit Privatpool war fantastisch und auch das Frühstück war super!
Das Hotel ist ganz neu und wirklich toll. Wir waren uns bei der Buchung noch etwas unsicher wegen der geringen Anzahl an Bewertungen aber das war unbegründet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Cons:

Der Rauchmelder im Zimmer blinkt leider extrem hell, was beim schlafen stört. Habe das Licht nach der zweiten Nacht abgeklebt.
Das Personal beim Frühstück könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein. Getränke (auch Säfte und Wasser) müssen bestellt werden, es kommt aber niemand mehr um zu fragen ob man vielleicht noch etwas haben möchte.

Wunderschönes Hotel
Pros:

Super Lage, gute Anbindung auch mit kostengünstigen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Service ist spitze. Frühstück und auch das Restaurant (Mittagessen und Abendessen) sind fantastisch. Pool, Fitness und Spa runden das Angebot ab. Der Ort selbst hat mit guten Tavernen und schönem Meer auch einiges zu bieten.

Wonderful stay, and any of the pros completely weigh out the cons. Great hotel in Lalyssos!
Pros:

Only a 20 min drive to the Old Town, beautiful hotel, and the room with jacuzzi was very private and comfortable. Bar and restaurant staff were lovely and the main pool area had a tranquil atmosphere and impressive aesthetic. We were able to request taxis to wherever we needed to go easily via hotel staff, the food at the hotel was pretty decent also. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Rhodes. Such great value for money!!

Cons:

The jacuzzi could have been cleaner as there was visible grime/limescale, and we had ordered a pricey bottle of alcohol to our room to celebrate our engagement, but weren't provided with a bottle opener - and then told we had to go to the bar to retrieve one ourselves after being told by the receptionist they don't hand them out. Most staff were exceptionally accommodating, but it did occasionally feel like we were putting some staff out with quite simple requests, which wasn't quite fitting with the effortless and supportive experiences we've had in similar hotels.

Really enjoyable wish it had been longer
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean. Complimentary yoga class was lovely and gym and spa was great.

Cons:

The only suggestion I have is there could have been more plant based catering my breakfast was very limited.

Great stay with some minor drawbacks
Pros:

Brand new hotel, great breakfast and lovely pool.

Cons:

Inconsistent staff experience (some great, some less) and room cleanliness (forgot to change mugs twice, found many times residue of dirt). Shower drain was blocked every other day as well.

Idyllic retreat to Rhodes, definitely would recommend!
Pros:

Very new hotel, very hospitable staff especially Nicos! Lovely pool and never issues getting a sunbed, modern rooms with comfy beds!

One of our favorite hotels in Europe
Pros:

We had a very quiet room (214) with a beautiful view of the sunset every evening. We loved the outdoor gym, the delicious food, and the relaxing, peaceful atmosphere. All the guests were calm and kind, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive.

The hotel has a very high standard of quality, with wonderful room fragrances and a warm, welcoming ambiance throughout the property. The yoga shala is beautiful, and the yoga sessions twice a week with a lovely teacher were also great.

It’s truly one of our favorite hotels in Europe — especially for noise-sensitive people, our room was absolutely great.

Pros:

Beautiful aesthetics, and relaxing environment.

Cons:

Solving problems was not the strongest point of this hotel. Example: coffee machine was broken at breakfast, therefore instead of opening the (free and unused) machine next to the pool, the staff served instant coffee to guests.

Small details, but would improve guest experience.
