Pros:

It was very good. For me the location was excellent as I could walk to visit my family who are in a Residential Care Home!!

Cons:

I Don't think it could be any better, customer service across the Hotel was excellent. I will certainly recommend the Blu Petal to y friends here as well as in the UK!!

Pros:

Staff behavior and quick room service

Cons:

The condition of the room, very old towels, smell in the toilet and not having a door for the bedroom. Please visit the royal suits of other hotels to see the differnce.
