Stay was wonderful.
Pros:

Hotel is across from Ala Moana Shopping Mall. It within walking distance to Ala Moana Beach, Magic Island, and Waikiki area.

Cons:

Hotel was trying to get me to pay a resort fee plus the tax on the resort fee even after I told them I paid everything in full online.

Cons:

The strong overpowering scent of the air freshener/incense sticks throughout the entire lobby was horrible.

Awesome lap pool
Pros:

Liked the location and space. Rec area was nice, especially the salt water lap pool. Spacious gym. Quality kitchen appliances. Reasonable pricing for late check out.

Cons:

No early check in accommodation for jet-lagged international guests-- poor service for a supposed high-end hotel. We ended up falling asleep on lobby sofa after lunch at hotel restaurant, which over salted the food, and the waitress got the order wrong. Long hairs on lobby sofa and room sofa, and many stains.

Brand new hotel with amazing beds, option for laundry in room and kitchenette.
Pros:

This is a brand new hotel steps away from the Ala Moana shopping center (Waikiki is a 10-15 minute uber away). I was super happy with my room - I think that the Premium Kings are much, much nicer than the normal Kings, because of the wraparound windows and view. The bed was wonderful and fluffy and I loved it. Having laundry and a kitchenette was also fab. The pool area is pleasant. The gym is wonderful too! Modern elevators mean that you don't spend hours waiting for the elevator as is often the case in Waikiki hotels. The 48 dollar a day credit towards food and beverage is really generous and makes breakfast basically free as well as pool drinks etc.

Cons:

I don't think you should have to pay to use the steam room and sauna. The water pressure is shockingly bad in a brand new facility. The coffee shop could use more staff and a few more options for snacks etc. As it is it is rather sad.

全体が素晴らしくても1人のスタッフの対応のせいで残念な気持ちに
Pros:

まだ新しいせいかお部屋も綺麗でおしゃれな感じ

Cons:

Pros:

Likes: Room overlooked the beach and downtown, washer, dryer available in room with kitchenette & refrigerator, adjustable climate control. Room seems well insulated as I did not hear any noises out in the hallway or from guests in rooms nearby. Room service was available. Rooms were cleaned & re-stocked daily--a nice treat. Pool was great for keikis & exercise room was well maintained with a variety of equipment. The pool area is spacious, quiet, well maintained, & not overcrowded at any time day or evening, poolside bar open during certain hours for adult drinks. Towels & beach chairs were available for checkout & use off site. There is a strict return policy for these items. The staff were friendly, helpful, gracious. There is no wait for the elevators even though our rooms were on the 34th floor. The breakfast menu had something likeable for all in my Ohana. The property is within walking distance of other chain stores (Target, ABC), & the Ala Moana Mall (stores seem to be high-end retail), food court & Foodland (like Whole Foods) also in the mall

Dislikes: There were no adjoining rooms or suites for our Ohana, but we had adjacent rooms which worked out ok. The fees for daily valet parking & the daily resort fee may come as a surprise or shock. Use up the daily resort fee, otherwise it's money left on the table. As usual, there are county, city, state and tourism taxes attached to the final bill which add up. (But it's Hawaii, and tourism is a big part of the economy).

Apart from that only one miserable lady cleaner cannot ask for more.
Pros:

No time for breakfast but coffee in La Mill is sufficient

Cons:

The first miserable cleaner we encountered ,that was 29th May. I regretted giving her tip.

Short but fine
Pros:

The room was great. Kitchenette, tub, and washer dryer was a great perk. Location was close to Ala Moana and Neil Blaisdell.

Cons:

We arrived for check in at the normal time and were informed that they booked every room and that our room was not yet cleaned. We were allowed to eat at the bar and they would cover a certain amount (but how do they cover it without a hotel key?) They also said they’d email within the hour when it was ready and never did email. We had to wait in the lobby line again just hoping the room was available.

Also we tried to order room service both for dinner and for breakfast and the line was always busy. We never got through to order even after trying for an hour each meal. Very disappointed about that.

Pros:

It was great being away from the noise and crowds of Waikiki but still able to take the shuttle there when desired. Good shopping options were within walking distance from the hotel.
