A great place to stay with a spa and views in Zlatibor
Pros:

A lovely place to stay in Zlatibor. It's located in a quiet, green neighborhood only 5-7 minutes walk from the lake and about 20 minute slow walk from Gold Gondola. We stayed in the room on the 8th floor and the views from our balcony were absolutely breath-taking. The staff was friendly, everything is new and clean and stylish.
The room had all the amenities, kitchenware, things for the bathroom, extra blankets and throw pillows and covers you could take to the outside balkony. The beds were extremely comfortable.
The spa is a bit small, but both the steam room and the sauna were excellent. Expect it to be a little crowded on a Friday or a Saturday night, or come during the day. Or on a Monday.
Breakfast was alright, a lot of choice for both adults and kids, meat-eaters and vegetarians. Everything was fresh, well-made, they have coffee and a selection of juices, a lot of fresh fruit and veg, eggs, omelettes and cold cuts.
There's a parking for an additional fee, but even during the May day weekend we were able to park on the street just outside for free.

Pros:

Doručak je sasvim korektan, organizovan po principu švedskog stola, tako da svako može pronaći nešto po svom ukusu. Lokacija hotela je takođe dobra i praktič̣na za boravak. Apartman je bio čist i uredan.

Cons:

Jedina zamerka odnosi se na uslugu u restoranu. Po dolasku (posle 3h putovanja) hteli smo da poručimo hranu u hotelu da ne izlazimo i ne tražimo restorane ali je konobar delovao nestrpljivo jer nismo mogli odmah da se odlučimo. U jednom trenutku je prilično neljubazno rekao kolegi da neće dolaziti treći put do našeg stola, jer će uskoro početi gužva u restoranu a mi nismo sve naručili (nejasan mi razlog za nervozu upućenu nama). Smatram da bi ljubazniji pristup gostima, posebno porodicama sa decom, značajno popravio utisak.

Dobra lokacija, ciste i uredne sobe. Parking ne moze da se rezervise a placa se po danu
Pros:

Dobra je lokacija, 10ak min pesaka do jezera. Sobe su ciste, uredne. Bazen i spa koji su ukljuceni u cenu su jedan veliki plus. Nije dubok, tako da su klinci mogli da uzivaju.

Cons:

Rezervacija parkinga koja nije moguca a naplacuje se po danu je veliki minus. Bukvalno ne znas da li ces naci mesto ili ne kada stignes u smestaj. Mi smo imali srece pa smo nasli, inace dosta ljudi nije moglo da nadje parking iako imaju zatvorenu garažu i parklng na 2 nivoa sve je bilo puno jer nema rampe i mogao je da se parkira bilo ko.

Housekeeping didn’t come and when they came the towels were not changed even when they were asked to do so. They didn’t vacumm the room at all nor the bathroom

Odlično!
Pros:

Soba, lokacija, doručak, spa, sve je bilo odlično!
I ako smo bile za vreme prvomajskih praznika gužva se nije osetila uopšte.
Definitivno bih opet došla.

Cons:

Falilo mi je da u sobama budu papuče, bademantil u spa centru i dodatni kupatilski pribor u vidu malih šampona, sapunčića i štapića za uši.
