Pros:

Struttura bellissima, posizione con panorama mozzafiato. Camere belle, ampie, luminose, pulite. Staff gentile e disponibile. Cibo ottimo, in particolare la colazione tra le migliori della vacanza.

Cons:

In alcuni punti si vede che c’è bisogno di un po di manutenzione, ma la struttura rimane comunque bellissima

Grandioser Blick
Pros:

Atemberaubende Lage, oben auf dem Berg. Toller Blick ins Tal.
Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Wer seine Ruhe haben will, ist hier genau richtig. Kaum Leute daher super zum entspannen.

Cons:

Es waren nicht alle Getränke von der Karte verfügbar, das war ein bisschen schade, aber auch nicht schlimm.

Un moment suspendu …
Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et pris en charge tout au long de notre séjour. Le personnel est aux petits soins, d’une gentillesse et un professionnalisme remarquable.
L’hôtel est décoré avec gout, la vue est à couper le souffle, la cuisine est excellente, les nombreux coins disponibles pour se détendre sont appréciables, tout ceci dans la plus grande quiétude, entouré d’une végétation luxuriante.
Tout simplement exceptionnel.

Pros:

Die Lage ist unglaublich! Wir hatten die Suite die auf drei Seiten Glasfronten hat, vom Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang und auch in der Nacht ein unvergleichlicher Ausblick. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist sehr gut und das Frühstück riesig! Eine Unterkunft die man gesehen haben sollte!

Cons:

Wir waren die einzigen Gäste und mussten immer das Personal suchen wenn wir zum Beispiel am Pool was bestellen wollten. Wenn dann jemand vom Personal da war war alles top, aber etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit wäre toll gewesen. Es ist auch alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Irgendwie fehlt die Liebe zum Detail, was man überall merkt.

Pros:

Incredible hotel! I stayed for 3 night here, every day was priceless. I booked the big room (there is only one like this) with AMAZING, FANTASTIC view. Everything was good: service, food, management. The big terrace, swimming pool, library - everything in height level. Highly recommend.

Pros:

Один из лучших отелей на Шри-Ланке, в соотношении цена/качество. По всем параметрам. Идеальное расположение, очень крутые виды, хороший ресторан. При возможности выбора, останавливайтесь здесь, точно не пожалеете. На фото вид из номера.

אחד המלונות היפים בעולם עם צוות ושירות מדהים! חוויה של פעם בחיים
Pros:

הכל. הנוף עוצר נשימה. הצוות מדהים ואכפתי, בן הזוג שלי מעד באחת המדרגות ומיד המנהל והצוות הוציאו ערכת עזרה ראשונה וטיפלו בו ודאגו בהמשך לשלומו.
האוכל טעים, גם הקוקטיילים.
היינו בסוויטה אבל נהנינו בכל חלקי המלון, בעיניי גם החדרים הקטנים שווים.

e had the best time at W15 Ambuluwawa! It’s such a unique setting, spectacular views and impeccable service! The staff was welcoming, warm and took amazing care of us - special thanks to Yapa, Sanjeewa, Shanaka, Gayan as well as Imaath! The food was delicious, varied and big portion sizes. Pros:

Had a wonderful stay — the place is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and such a peaceful atmosphere. The whole team was incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming. Special thanks to Dilshan for the amazing Ambuluwawa Tower tour and to Gayan for taking such wonderful care of dinner and breakfast. Everyone made my stay truly unforgettable — I’ll definitely be back

Come here for Zen and the views
Pros:

The view is phenomenal and the all the staff, were very welcoming and kind.

Cons:

A family was staying during our stay which significantly impacted by enjoyment of the property and quality of sleep. However the W15 team did as much as they could to rectify the situation. The next time staying I will book with the assistance of management team to ensure I get the full benefit of such a spiritual peaceful place. The cook Yaba was very attentive and cooked us some beautiful meals. The manger and front desk coordinator were helpful, professional and warm Ttroughout our stay.
