Don’t set high expectations for this hotel. Just enjoy 2 days without focusing on their food or hygiene.
Pros:

Aqua and beach are good for kids

Cons:

Hygiene is poor in this hotel.
They don’t clean their rooms and restaurants properly.. we found trashes and biscuits under the bed , also the resturant tables is not cleaned properly after each guest.. I didn’t even see them use any cleaning sprays like Detol or Alcohol or Clorox .. they use farida freshener spray in cleaning tables and floors!!

We have waited a lot in check-in as there is no sufficient number of receptionist also no-one helped us in carrying our bags.

Wonderful trip
Pros:

The hotel is very wonderful, stuff is fabulous specially Mr ahmed billman, MZ zekra receptionist, she didn't let us just think to need any thing and call us to be sure that we are okay,
In the restaurant Mr ahmed abdelwahed all the time help us to get a great experience and chef abdelreheem the great manager of the resturant.
And they have a great animation team doing activities at the Aqua and after dinner great shows.
The team at Aqua park is very helpful.

Pros:

العاملين والاستقبال كانو ودوديين جدا
سرعة التسكين حتي قبل الموعد رغم ان الفندق كان مزدحم نسبيا
سرعة الاستجابه والتحيه والهدايا الرمزيه كانت شئ لطيف
الاكوا كانت جميله ويوجد عاملين لضمان الامان فيها

العشاء كان مستواه جيد صحيح مفيش تنوع كبير ولكن جيد وخصوصا الحلويات

اثاث الغرف حديث والغرف نظيفه

وجود سياره جولف لنقل الناس الي الشط شئ جيد رغم ان المسافه للشاطي حوالي 5 دقائق ولكن مفيده جدا لكبار السن
وجود ساحه خضراء واسعه بها شاشة عرض كبيره وملاعب جوار الفندق
بشكل عام الفندق مناسب للاطفال والشباب الي حد كبير

المكان ضيق نسبيا ككل
الغرف ضيقه المطعم ضيق نسبة الي الزوار حتي اماكن وضع اصناف الطعام ضيفه ودا بيعمل تزاحم بين الناس وهي بتملأ الاكل
الانيميشن ضعيف جدا
حمام السباحه للفندق ارتفاعه قليل ودا يخليه مناسب للاطفال اكتر
اما حمام السباحه في القريه نفسها ارتفاعه كويس ولكن الاهتمام بنظافته اقل نسبيا وان كان كان في فرد انقاذ متواجد
الفطار كان ممل ومزدحم
الشط جميل ولكن صخري امام الشاطئ رمل لكن تحت الماء صخور
مفيش مد وجزر ولكن ماء الشاطئ غير عميق حوالي ارتفاع متر

اختيار ممتاز للاسر و ال staff ممتازين

Only staff welcome and help that prevented me from canceling
Pros:

Reception staff were very helpful and nice
The facility I booked wasn’t satisfactory to me, and Mr. Mahmoud helped me to upgrade in no time and also Mr. Osama F&B was very nice person

Cons:

Well, the place was renewed recently and with good materials but bad design and cheap construction specially for sanitary work plus the excessive use of interns sure causes some unprofessional behavior
