Excellent experience
Pros:

Great location, amazing welcoming staff, good food and great value for your money. Will repeat for sure !

Cons:

The beach shore has some rocks but it clears up as you go in. The pools and aqua park certainly supplements that though

Great staff; nice location. Without the happy and cooperative staff it would have been less pleasant.

My recent stay at Vintro Inn exceeded expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality—always attentive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The manager personally greeted us and surprised our family with complimentary horseback riding vouchers, which set the tone for a memorable visit.
As occupancy was low during our stay, the manager thoughtfully offered us private family time in the indoor heated pool. This gesture created one of the most enjoyable and relaxing experiences we’ve had together. The food was another highlight: delicious, high-quality, and consistently well-prepared. Dining at the inn felt like a treat each day.
The aqua park was good, The overall experience—from the personalized service to the thoughtful extras—made this one of our best family getaways. Vintro Inn combines warmth, quality, and genuine care, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a family-friendly retreat.

Don’t set high expectations for this hotel. Just enjoy 2 days without focusing on their food or hygiene.

Aqua and beach are good for kids

Cons:

Hygiene is poor in this hotel.
They don’t clean their rooms and restaurants properly.. we found trashes and biscuits under the bed , also the resturant tables is not cleaned properly after each guest.. I didn’t even see them use any cleaning sprays like Detol or Alcohol or Clorox .. they use farida freshener spray in cleaning tables and floors!!

We have waited a lot in check-in as there is no sufficient number of receptionist also no-one helped us in carrying our bags.
