Pros:

We had a chalet, it was very clean, organised , and the furniture , mattresses and beddings were very clean and tidy.
The breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant were very good, with lots of variety for every taste.The staff was very welcoming and pleasant throught our stay, and our requests were met in a timely manner.
Special thanks to Ms.Soha & the Receptionists, Mr.Mohamed; the housekeeping supervisor, Ms.Eman at the restaurant.
Highly reccommended for families.

رغم اني نزلت في فنادق كثيرة خارج مصر لكن هذا المكان من أجمل القرى التي نزلت بها ، كل الناس ودودين ويعرضوا المساعدة في كل شيء ، والاكل جميل ، والاستقبال محترمين جدا ، ارجوكم ان تظلوا على تفوقكم، سوف أكرر الزيارة كثيرا
