اقامه مميزه وافضل من المتوقع مقارنه بالتكلفة
Pros:

الفندق جميل ونظيف وتجربه كانت فوق توقعاتي فعلا،الاكل كان جيد وافضل حاجه في الفندق الstaff قمه في الذوق والاحترام خصوصا :
*ا/ محمد (مسؤول ال house keeping )
طلبت منه نضافه للشاليه ، عملي احلي مفاجأة انا وزوجتي وكان متابع معايا فتره الاقامه كلها.
*مستر بكر جاد( مدير إدارة housekeeping )
*مستر حسام (الاستقبال).
بجد ال staff كله كان بشوش وجميل وبذلوا كل جهدهم علشان يبسطونا👏👏👏
البحر كان تحفه وفيه انشطه كتير .

1-ال pools محتاجه اهتمام شويه واتمني ارتفاع منسوب المياه فيها شويه
2-فريق الانميشن بصراحه مش اكتيف والفندق محتاج يعمل حفلات بليل افضل

Very good resort for families
Pros:

Very near to Cairo 2 hours or less if you are in new Cairo. Hotel rooms & chalets are clean & furniture is new. Sea is clear & beach have some rocks but not much rocky, Overall very good beach. Aqua park is also good to children & adults despite small pool.
Food is very good with several varieties in lunch & dinner. All staff are polite & helpful specially Mr.Hossam at reception & lady at restaurant entrance. Overall, it was very good experience & recommended for families.

is alright hotel for weekend in ras sudr, but don't except too much.
Pros:

The beach is pleasant and the rooms all Infront of swimming pool, the swimming pool aquapark fun and kids friendly.

Cons:

The room smell sewage from day one and i discovered that this smell effect other part of hotels rooms as well.
the aquapark works only 4 hrs per whole day specially in weekend, 11 to 1 and 3 to 5 which is a bit limited time for who waking up.
the beach required golf car to take u and pick u up not beach front.
the foods very limited no butter, boiled eggs looks like been reboiled many times is obvious on it's inner whitness is yellow and green.
their pasta station is very limited and they don't offer garlic,onion,chili peppers and cheese is just red/white sauce and that it specially at lunch time.
their lift is very horrible for family with pram, and one time the lift was not working and I have to take the stairs with pram upstairs without anyone offer to even help.
the pram access is very high steep and unsafe.

Pros:

The place was amazing , great for families

Cons:

There's no cleaning sign to put into my room door if i need cleaning , i surprise with the room service in my room while I'm back from the sea or the pool . This is the only thing i see need to be improved.

مستوي الاقامة كانت تفوق التوقعات، الفندق مميز والشاليه كانت الاقامة والاطلاله مميزة ، وعن مستوي نضافة الغرف والهوسكيبنج ممتازة، ومستوي المطعم سواء افطار وغداء وعشاء كانت علي اعلي مستوي وجودة حاي ايضا الشاطئ والاكوا وحمامات السباحة والمارينا متميزة، اشكرا كل القائمين علي حسن الاستقبال، واخص بالذكر مستر اسامة وطاقم المطعم الرئيسي كله، علي حسن الضيافة والكرم.

ما شاء الله كل شئ جيد جدا كل العاملين مهذبين ومعاملتهم راقيه جدا
