Staff always very hospitable.
Whole boat and rooms very clean and comfortable.
Food varied and acceptable.
The cruise offers clean rooms and friendly staff, but drinks and water are overpriced and low quality. Communication issues are common due to language barriers, and the billing system for extras is complicated and outdated. Management is largely absent, with little effort to inform guests about facilities or entertainment. The TV lacks English channels, and while the tour guide is helpful, it's best to communicate your preferences clearly.
The four days of intensive sightseeing were perfectly taken care of thanks to the professionalism of Mohamed, the tour manager.
Nothing was left to chance, right down to cake and surprise bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday

Everything is great, the room, food,the galabiya party, the Nubian show, the cocktail party and the Nile Cruise crew is very nice
