Pros:

離別府車站很近，走路就可以到車站前逛逛。
入住時是無接觸櫃檯，透過視訊驗證來登記入房，非常便利。
唯一的缺點是沒有電梯，幸好我們住在一樓，不用搬行李箱上去。
房間很大、可以開伙，非常讚

Very wonderful stay. Beds were comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean and neat.
Pros:

Really appreciated the laundry room and the very clean rooms and lobby.

Parking away from the building to unload luggage.

Pros:

設備完美、房間空間很大、整潔

Cons:

噪音問題很大！噪音來源包含馬路上的車，每1-2分鐘會有一台車經過，到半夜12點以後也一樣；樓上的腳步聲非常明顯。這間的隔音不適合喜歡安靜的人。

L’appartement est magnifique, les lits sont parfaits c’est vraiment le type de logement dans lequel je pourrais vivre tout le temps.

Cons:

Les voisins qui font partir une machine à laver puis un sèche linge à 23h. On entend un peu les trains.

Glad we came and saw Beppu, but it was the least exciting accommodation and part of our Japan trip
Pros:

Location was quite good in terms of walking proximity to shops. The entrance to the property was inviting. The online customer service was very good and friendly.

Cons:

but the actual street and area was surprising. I didn’t expect it because other parts of Japan were tidy and clean looking. It wasn’t dirty, but just the atmosphere was dull and the neighbourhood looked on the lower end of the scale.
When we checked in online, we realised we parked in the wrong area and quickly went to move the car to a paid parking lot. When we got to the car, a resident scolded us and told us he was calling the police and we apologised but it wasn’t a nice interaction to start our stay in Beppu.
The sound proofing is not good and we could hear our neighbour yelling over and over at the upstairs to shut up because they were walking. When people walked down the stairs (no elevator), we could hear every step and when they banged their luggage down the stairs, it was so loud.
The room was dark but the problem was probably not the accommodation but the whole city of Beppu was underwhelming to us.. unfortunately felt something not quite right.. maybe to do with the fact that the city has a lot to do with demons
