Excellent boutique hotel
Pros:

Great location near the river & easy walk to centre along pedestrian shopping. Lots of restaurants & cafes nearby. Staff pleasant & helpful & charming owner.
Has lots of character but modern. Excellent breakfast

Cons:

Cost of taxi from station.
Forgot to tell me that reception staffed from 8am & no one there for early departure. Finally got help from lady in kitchen

Fantastic hotel in the heart of the old town.
Pros:

The location and the welcoming friendly atmosphere. The breakfast is great too as well as all the small niceties like pastries, fancy water and fruit left out for guests. Oh yes, I also appreciated the air-conditioning at the time of the heat wave.

Cons:

Creaky floors and a bit noisy locks (though it does add to the charm)

Het heeft al onze verwachtingen overtroffen!!!

Zeer, maar dan ook zeer uitgebreid en luxe ontbijt. Dit hadden wij niet verwacht. Gedurende de hele dag kan je lekker blijven pakken. De gastvrijheid was echt uitmuntend.

Cons:

NIETS! Het gaat er vaak om hoe ze dingen oplossen.
De airco werkte niet toen wij de eerste nacht daar verbleven. Hier kon de eigenaar niets aan doen. Ze hebben in de nacht nog allemaal airco's gehaald, zodat wij een eigen mobiele airco hadden op onze kamer voor de tweede nacht. Dit heeft de eigenaar echt geweldig opgelost!

Pros:

Отель идеально расположен в центре города, прямо возле набережной. Сотрудники, которые нас встречали и провожали были очень милы. Номер был приятным и комфортным. Был забавный момент с завтраком - шведский стол был отличным и довольно разнообразным, хотя завтракали только мы в двоем с сыном и еще один гость. Вероятно, из-за экстремальной жары, отель. был не заполнен в эти дни. В такой ситуации было бы оптимально подавать завтраки а-ля карт. Но нам всё понравилось )

Cons:

О том что взымается дополнительная плата, хотя и небольшая, за проживание с собакой, нам сообщили только при выселении. Хотя это можно было сделать сразу при бронировании или при заселении. Это - маленький некритичный момент, который никак не омрачил наше пребывание в отеле.

The rooms are huge! The staff are very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was a wonderful buffet.
The value for what you got was great. Location close to main attractions, yet off on a quiet street.

Pros:

Good location and very very nice staff. The hotel is very well decorated and it is a very good restoration of the historic building. The breakfast was also nice, lots of variety and also non-diary options. Very cozy to have coffee tea and cookies always available in the social area.

Cons:

Just wish that there would have been a botle of complementary water in the bedroom. The room had a bathtub. Very difficult to bath you can not even stand up. Perhaps not adequate for the price night. But true we have to be reminded its an old historic build brought back to life, and the design and decoration is very nice indeed and room very clean and tidy.
