Il Nobile decaduto!

Conosco questo Hotel da oltre 25 anni, avendolo frequentato ripetutamente dal 1999 . Ho dovuto purtroppo constatare un decremento sostanziale nei servizi e nella cura dei dettagli, quelli che prima erano un punto di forza dell’Hotel. A partire dalla colazione, decaduta inesorabilmente nella qualità e varietà dei prodotti. Nonostante i prezzi altissimi per un pernottamento e prima colazione (oltre 270€) anche la pulizia, la qualità delle lenzuola e dei teli è diventata scadente .
Anche l’utilizzo della spiaggia che prima era incluso nel prezzo con annessi lettini, materassini e teli mare oggi viene fatto pagare a parte. Per non parlare delle terme e del centro massaggi con la mancanza di spazio per le innumerevoli persone presenti.
È stata anche tolta una piscina esterna con il relativo spazio solarium esterno
Dispiace, ma dopo 25 anni di soggiorni al GHPortoros, dall’anno prossimo sarò costretto a cambiare struttura

Pros:

La mia esperienza a Porto Rosso è stata estremamente positiva. Il punto di forza della struttura è senza dubbio la sua posizione eccellente e centrale, comoda sia per raggiungere il mare che per godersi la località. Aver avuto a disposizione sia la piscina che il centro termale direttamente all'interno dell'hotel ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e completo. Esperienza bellissima!"

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato con la formula della mezza pensione, ma purtroppo la ristorazione non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. La qualità del cibo e la varietà dei piatti dovrebbero essere migliorate per essere all'altezza della struttura. Un vero peccato, perché con una cucina più curata l'esperienza complessiva sarebbe stata di ben altro livello. Spero che la gestione prenda questo feedback come uno spunto per crescere.
