Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption und in der Lobby war sehr freundlich. Auch das Reinigungspersonal war wirklich aufmerksam und hat uns stets gegrüßt. Da wir einen Hund haben, haben sie beim Verlassen des Zimmers immer gefragt, ob sie reinigen dürfen. Wirklich top und sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Zwei Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren leider extrem unfreundlich und haben sich über Gäste lustig gemacht, die sich versehentlich an den falschen Tisch gesetzt hatten.
Im Spa-Bereich thermen Eingang wurden wir am Empfang nicht begrüßt. Stattdessen wurde sofort darüber diskutiert, warum wir nicht beide Zimmerkarten dabei hatten, obwohl wir zu zweit waren. Eine Karte hatten wir bewusst im Zimmer gelassen, damit die Klimaanlage weiterläuft und es für unseren Hund angenehm kühl bleibt.

Ansonsten waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett.

Mal wieder ein schöner Urlaub in Portoroz!
Pros:

Großes Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon, schönes Badezimmer und sehr bequeme Betten. Angenehm ist der direkte Aufzug nur für die Zimmer an der Meeresseite.

Cons:

Das Personal im Frühstücksraum machte den Eindruck, nicht sehr motiviert zu sein (Ausnahme war ein Mitarbeiter). Es wurde gesprochen, dass das Hotel im Herbst renoviert werden soll.

Das Brot beim Frühstück bzw. Essen war eher Trocken und Geschmacklos

der Thermen bereich wurde aber schon erneuert der ist ok.
Preise für Vorsaison für dieses Hotel eindeutig zu hoch.
