Overall nice hotel but not super restful
Pros:

The location was super close to the Toyota Music Factory and the facility was very nice!

Cons:

The walls need to be sound proof. We only got 3 hours of sleep.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that it’s right next to a highway and my room was facing the highway and I could hear just about every single car passing by especially the loud motorcycles at night. Period was not able to get much sleep. On the other hand, they charged me $12 a night for parking which is ridiculous because it is open parking in a lot with no security monitoring or cameras Period. On another note. They charge you $10 as a amenity guest fee per day and give you a $15 credit. I did not like that I have to pay extra in order to be forced to buy things there at the hotel that I do not need. They just seem to want to charge you for everything.

Pros:

Athlene was very helpful with a great attitude. My pickup had 2 bad batteries. She helped me by finding a 100’ foot extension cord that I needed to charge and heat the truck.

Cons:

Hate the 20% forced tip. I would pay cash but cash is not accepted.
