Pros:

Athlene was very helpful with a great attitude. My pickup had 2 bad batteries. She helped me by finding a 100’ foot extension cord that I needed to charge and heat the truck.

Cons:

Hate the 20% forced tip. I would pay cash but cash is not accepted.

the bar was closed when we got back from our soccer games cuz they said the hotel was slow. only reason we stayed there was because it had a onsite bar.

It was a nice stay, what I did not like was the guest amenity daily fee of $10 dollars.

Clean and friendly staff.

Cons:

One night clerk seemed tired and confusing when I asked for complimentary water around midnight. That’s a person I never want to see again. Did not appear to be in the hospitality business. Black guy with large beard.

When I arrived, the hotel said no rooms were available. I showed my receipt as proof of payment, but they claimed booking.com often fails to update their system on room availability. I haven't been reimbursed yet for what I paid, and I'm waiting before disputing the charge with my credit card.

We were only in the room to get ready for a night out and returned around 2 am.
Pros:

Nice, clean, quiet and comfortable room. It is close to where we going for the evening.

Cons:

I was stung by a wasp inside my room. I took my shoes off, stood on a chair, opened the curtains by the window, and a wasp stung my foot while I was standing on the chair. The staff member said that I brought the Wasp in with me. I don't think that was the case. I feel like it was up in the AC vent or at the very top of the curtains. He provided Benedryl which was helpful because I am allergic to bees and wasps....
