Pobyt jsem si užili maximálně a určitě se velice rádi vrátíme.
Pros:

Personál v jídelně a kuchyni skvělý, profesionální. Jídlo vynikající. Recepční velice ochotní. Ostatní personál také výborný, jak na bazénu tak na procedurách. Obsluha v Loby barech na jedničku, zvláště pak slečna v Nových lázních. Úklid pokojů taktéž výborný.

Cons:

v podstatě jsem nenašli nic co by se nám vyloženě nelíbilo. Byli jsme spokojeni.

Номера удобные, еда и обслуживание в ресторане хорошее. Отель предоставил все необходимое для посещения своего спа центра полотенца, халаты, тапочки...

Cons:

Заявлено наличие парковки. Но парковки фактически нет. Небольшой участок перед отелем и тот платный . Пришлось долго искать место самостоятельно. Бассейн на фото выглядит больше чем в действительности.

Celkový komplex několika hotelů zajišťuje veškeré služby pro své klienty od ubytování, jídlo, výborný servis a wellness služby. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni a rádi se nejen vrátíme ale hotel i doporučíme.

Jeglicher Kontakt mit den Mitarbeitern war sehr angenehm. Ich hoffe, die Hotelleitung weiß, was für ein tolles Personal sie haben.

Cons:

Kaffee- und Teebar kann man für 100 kronen/Tag dazu buchen. Ich hätte dies bei dem Hotel für Standard gehalten.

Wir waren im großen und ganzen mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war war sehr gut und es wurde eine Vielfalt an Speisen angeboten. Wir waren mit dem Service sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Was uns nicht gefallen hat, waren die unübersichtlichen sehr langen Wege und Gänge zu den Zimmern, Spa und den Anwendungen. Man mußte mehrere Fahrstuhle nutzen um in die entsprechende Etage zu gelangen. Auch war die Ausschilderung recht unübersichtlich!
Die Freundlichkeit von der Dame an der Réception im Spa Bereich war alles andere als freundlich.

The hotel is located in a beautiful building with historic elements in the interior. The breakfast is good. The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel is connected by corridors to several other Ensana hotels. You can visit the spas at other hotels without leaving the hotel, including the Roman Baths at the Nové Lázně Hotel. The reception staff is very friendly and professional.

Cons:

The receptionist at the spa was unfriendly. If you've booked a hotel room and want to enjoy spa treatments, book well in advance. Most spa treatments were unavailable on the day of arrival.
