Bra för en kort visit, trevlig personal, tänke först inte komma tillbaka men gjorde det, rycker dom har höjt sig lite och ska man stanna 1 till 2 dgr är det ok

Fanns inget bra med boendet

Cons:

Allting, boendet kan man inte ens kalla boende eftersom vi inte ens kunde bo där. Äckligaste huset jag sett, trädgården var det vidrigaste jag sett, personalen likaså! Det borde tas bort från booking så ingen mer behöver gå igenom allt krångel med detta äckliga boendet!

Będąc w drodze z lotniska do miasta zadzwoniłam do właściciela, aby spytać się o kod do drzwi wejściowych, który miał być pierwotnie podany w dniu przylotu. Poinformował on nas jednak, że nasz nocleg został odwołany i wina leży po stronie Bookingu. Nie dostaliśmy wcześniej żadnej informacji na ten temat, gdyby nie mój telefon, najpewniej pocałowalibysmy klamkę. Właściciel skontaktował się z biurem obsługi klienta, po czym dostaliśmy maila z alternatywnymi opcjami noclegu. Najtansza z opcji była znacznie droższa od pierwotnej, a Booking zwróciło jedynie 1/3 różnicy...

Det er bestemt ikke som på billederne, der var ikke gjort ordentligt rent og der lugter indelukket. Fliserne er løse på badeværelset og der er gammelt skidt i krogene. Sengetøj virkede ikke nyvasket.

Bed bugs in the bed on day one, forced to leave, and a written refund promise that was never honored. Cannot recommend —
Pros:

The location was convenient with parking available, check-in with door codes was easy, and the host responded quickly to messages at first.

Cons:

We found a live bed bug and blood stains on the bed in Room 7 shortly after check-in — we have photos. The room was unusable and we had to move out the same night and book other accommodation at extra cost. The host promised in writing to refund us but the refund was never made.
