The location is perfect , the food was clean and amazing
The room was not clean at all and the hotel smell was not good
I really liked the place. It's wonderful. The staff are friendly and polite. The reception staff are very helpful, especially Siraj. The food was delicious.

In the bathroom, the shower is located very close to the toilet, and the distance is very short.
Rooms are clean and that’s the only advantage of this place
Disappointing experience — definitely not worth the price.
First of all, the place has almost no facilities. The pool was under maintenance, as they told us when we arrived.
What was even more disappointing is that they never mentioned that the property is adults-only. We were travelling with our 3-month-old baby, and only after arriving were we told that we couldn’t use the pool because it was adults-only. This was extremely frustrating and felt very misleading.
We had to insist on getting beach access, which was basically the minimum we could expect from a place like this.
If you’re looking for good facilities and value for money, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. For what they offer, it is very, very overpriced.
Overall vibe of facility was awesome, all the services, shopping, restaurants variety, entertainment venue.
Special shout out to reception staff, Serag, Youssef and Ammar and from restaurant Mahmoud.

The receptionist serag is very polite and helpful he’s excellent also mena and haiba the housekeeping manager is very good and welcoming

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect, from the beautiful atmosphere and comfortable rooms to the excellent service. A special thank you to all the staff for their kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. We would also like to thank the owner and all those responsible for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended, and we hope to come back again soon
The hotel is very cozy with nice colors and greenery. Rooms are very clean. All the personal are very helpful, special thanks to Serag, Mina, Ammar&yousef from the front desk, and Mahmoud from the Resturant, also Mostafa @ Korean Resturant they all served with love and a smile on the face, I’ll sure come back due too this excellent Hospitality

The stuff there are very helpful especially in the reception there is guy called Serag was very very helpful he was able to move my parents room to the ground floor once he saw them they couldn't go up the stairs to their room
Serag at the reception was very helpful and answered all our needs. He gave us the room we wanted however our booking was another type.
Staff were extremely kind and helpful and place was very nice and cozy in the center of Sahel near to everything and although I wasn’t expecting to be given beach access the hotel offers beach access to a beach club just 20 minutes away.
Bathroom was a bit small
