Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Cleopatra Adults Only for our honeymoon. The hotel was beautiful and we really enjoyed our time there.

A special thank you to the lovely girl who welcomed us when we arrived. She was so kind and helpful, and thanks to her we got upgraded to a swim-up room, which made our honeymoon even more special. 🥰

We really appreciated the gesture and would definitely recommend the hotel

Alfred, Shrouk, Mohamed and Mohamed in reception were amazing during the check-in & check-out, they were always read
Pros:

The best part was the Palmetto Restaurant, Figo and Ramon made us feel like we were royalty. If we come back it will be because of Figo and Ramon’s great hospitality.
The property was very well maintained and very clean, allll of the staff was very welcoming and we greatly enjoyed our stay.
There were so many activities in the place that we didn’t feel like we had to leave the resort at all.

Exquisite!
Pros:

Everything was perfect! The reception had a distinctive, pleasant scent, and Shorouk at the reception was absolutely lovely. The staff were cheerful and welcoming, and the hospitality was excellent. The resort is beautifully laid out, with a great variety of pools and food options. The nighttime lighting is stunning, the animation team was entertaining, and the beach is easily accessible by shuttle bus throughout the day. Our room was lovely, and the swim-up upgrade was a wonderful surprise as newlyweds! Special thanks to Mohamed Awad, the bus driver, for being friendly, kind, and polite. The beachfront gardening and landscaping are beautiful, with impressive attention to detail. We had a wonderful stay!

Cons:

Nothing
