Amazing 10/10 recommend
Pros:

Very helpful people, wouldn’t let you lift a finger and they do everything for you, reception team was amazing especially Ahmed he was very professional and helpful

Pros:

Everything about the hotel is perfect, Ahmed from reception was one of the best not forgeting Sayed this one was the chauffer he was awesome,everyone should i just say their customer service is number one,i can name a lot Mohammed Concierge was a very polite ..i will come back.

Cons:

Something must be done ,too many mosquitos , we used the creams and spray but still have several sores ,this should be looked into

I would want to prolong my stay if I could and I surely will come to Marsa alam Cleopatra
Pros:

Everything was amazing, exceeded the standard that we were expecting. Staff was so friendly, rooms were clean and spacious. I also recommend the adult building, it was a great choice to take adults part
Probably my best stay and choice of a hotel in my life

Cons:

Beach was I thing the only think that I didn’t like, it wasn’t nice and was expecting a better beach since I was in egypt few times already and the beach was always better
Also this restaurant option, it’s a great addition but menu was too small to choose from and too standard
