Responsive staff, convenient location, reasonable price for Waikiki
Pros:

This was one of the few places I found in Waikiki at this price range that's a private studio. Having a balcony was a plus. It was nice to sit outside to get some fresh air. Everything I needed was within short walk distance. I felt safe as a solo female traveler.

There was hot water in the shower with good pressure. The kitchen had all the essentials to make the short stay practical. Bedsheets and towels were clean. Fast internet. Working fan. There was an air conditioner but I didn't try it.

There was loud noises from the streets and people in the building, at the same time it was located in the city, and I was there during the weekend, so I was expecting the noise.

Staff were quick to respond to my messages via booking. Check-in was slightly confusing because I didn't know if the room was in Tower 1 or Tower 2, so I tested the fob on both elevators. Other than that it was a fairly smooth self check-in and checkout process.

Do not stay here if you have a Huawei phone.
Pros:

It was very clean. The beds were also very comfortable. And aesthetically, it was cute. They also supplied coffee.

Cons:

The hosts were terrible at communicating. They only told me one of their lock boxes, then acted like it was my fault that I didn't know the fab was on a second, unmentioned lock box. All their "how things work" information are GoogleDrive links, which is also incompatible with a Huawei phone, so I had to send these to a friend to get her to download them then send them to me. Their written explanation was horrendously rude. The room itself is nice, but it's not worth the price of the people.

Superb
Pros:

The apartment is located in an excellent location, next to places to eat and very close to the beach. It had everything needed for a stay. The owners where excellent helped whenever there was question or issue

Cons:

For me the only thing was that sound isolation isn't that great, especially on windy nights

Overall it was a good stay. Apartment had everything that we needed and location was super!
Pros:

Location was amazing. Very quick and easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants etc.
apartment had all necessary facilities in the kitchen.

Cons:

It can get quite noisy in the early mornings as the apartment is located on one of the busiest streets in Waikiki.

The place was clean , comfortable and very conveniently located to many attractions .
Pros:

No breakfast . Location was excellent . Close to do things we wanted to do .

Cons:

We had a problem with the fob on the key . We had an old one . It was fine until the last few days when it didn't work anymore . But a new one that did work was gotten to us fairly quickly . And the staff was very professional in handling the problem .
