Vicino al mare pulito e volendo non paghi l entrata se alloggi qui di 10 dollari la signora si è dimenticata di darlo a noi giochi e musica al bar divertenti

The Bedroom door wasn’t locking toilet need fixing otherwise from that it was wonderful
We ordered a ground floor apartment and without discussing it this was change to a second floor apartment
I explicitly ask for a ground floor apartment
We were not previously informed or given a choice to book another apartment
With a baby and suitcases that was not good
The apartment owner did help with the suitcases but I would have preferred a choice if I wanted a change in apartment or the ability to rent somewhere else
We did not even get a discount on the room. It was just like this is what I have so you have to deal with it
Hotel is in a good location,
The apartment was dirty, sofa bed was broken so couldn't sleep on it had to sleep on the floor for the first night. Kitchen draw was broken. The place needed a lot of tlc.
The room need some more love from the onwer
The apartment was very clean,spacious and had most amenities for our comfort. Things to make coffee/tea would be added plus .
APAREENTLY, THE HOT WATER HEATER WASNT WORKING. AND ONE OF THE 📺 HAD NO WIFI HOWEVER IT WAS EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE AND I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.

Never received room service. Stayed 5 nights. Yes, it was requested.
The customer service was poor..
I was unsatisfied with the service. I booked stay my using a visa card and when I arrive they told me I have to pay via cash. I told them I didnt have that amount cash, and no discretion was exercise. Then after I was left to search for the room myself. The television in the bed room did not work and the television in the living room had no cable. Place need renovation.
I liked the apartment and location. We had a lovely stay overall.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable so I couldn’t sleep but apart from that everything else was really nice.
Definitely the whole complex of apartments is very pretty and surrounded by gardens, a swimming pool and direct access to one of the main beaches of Ocho Rios. Nice bars outside as well, walking distance.
No cleaning for 4 days. We were three girls so we had one main bedroom and one coach bed. The lighting in the living room wasn’t turning off so we had to sleep in three in one bed for the first night. We also had no hair drier and the receptionist was not happy to help at all, she was barely there. Only after 3 days we got the hair drier and the lighting fixed. We asked to reserve a table in a restaurant for us since we didn’t have local card and she replied we could search for the number on Google. Also there was a leak from the A/C coming from the apt on the first floor which was causing a noise during the night. The curtains could barely cover the sun in the morning, so we were always waking up around 7am because of the light.
