Friendly staff

Cons:

No hot water in the bathroom, the staff gave me a bucket with hot water instead. The next morning, despite letting the front desk worker know when I would leave, I woke her up to check out. It’s also a rough neighborhood, the lobby lights were off when I arrived to check in and the front door was locked with a heavy, manual chain that did not give me any sense of security for my stay there.
