Και κάθε φορά είναι υπέροχο.
Το προσωπικό, το οποίο είναι σταθερό με τα χρόνια ( και αυτό σημαίνει πολλά για την διοίκηση), είναι φιλόξενο, φιλικό, ευγενικό, θερμό, χαμογελαστό και ευχάριστο!
Είμαστε ιδιαίτερα χαρούμενοι που έχουμε καταφέρει να βρούμε έναν τέτοιο χώρο για να ξεκουραζόμαστε.

Clairement ce n'est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles.
Etablissement vieillissant.
Toutes les chambres donnent sur la rue, et quand vous êtes au premier niveau à proximité du hall d'entrée, sur un chantier ! Le balcon, spacieux au demeurant, est donc de fait inutilisable.
La piscine est petite, les équipements de manière générale ne sont pas dignes d'un 5 étoiles contemporain.
La décoration dans les chambres est quelconque.
La qualité des produits au petit déjeuner pourrait être meilleure.
Rien à dire en revanche sur le personnel qui s'est montré attentionné.

La chambre était magnifique et le masssage était très bon.
Leur « collaboration » avec le spa doit être revu.
La dame vient vous voir à la piscine et durant votre repas pour vous démarcher.
Elle ne vous parle pas des offres et vend les prestations sans les appliquer.
Elle nous a expliqué que cela était apparement de notre faute si elle ne les a pas expliqué car selon elle « nous n’en voulions pas »
Elle a finit par nous rembourser au moment où elle s’est rendu compte de sa faute.
Cependant les 2 masseuses étaient exceptionnelles rien à voir avec cette dame là.
Mooie kamers, goede douche, locatie dicht bij alles.. wij zaten op het eerste verdiep.. geen buurtlawaai. Supervriendelijk personeel.
Ik vond dat het eten beter kan, beetje iedere dag hetzelfde, we hadden halfpension… het ontbijt is wel in orde.
Diner was nogal veel hetzelfde,en de keuzemenu ook.. iedere dag zelfde dessert..
Way above my expectations, in almost every way, staff went above and beyond, room was amazing, food was amazing, can't wait to come back. The sunset from the rooftop pool is an incomparable experience.
Wifi network can't withstand the normal load, making it unbearably slow, hope they fix it by the next time I'm there. But really - this is the only downside, and I'm sure it will get fixed soon.
Hôtel à taille humaine, légèrement en retrait de la vie nocturne de bord de plage. Petit déjeuner complet. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Rooftop incroyable avec coucher de soleil garanti : on y prend un cocktail, on y trouve une piscine, on y dîne et le personnel est d'une gentillesse infinie notamment la personne qui semble être la responsable de l'équipe. Nous avions choisi de ne pas être itinérant pour ce voyage, aucun regret grâce à cet hôtel. La proximité de la vieille ville de Rethymnon est appréciable. Nous le recommandons particulièrement.

Very good hotel, nice staff and perfect location!
This property was wonderful, the pool was perfect for relaxing days and the bar was wonderful and the restaurant had a nice little selection for a light lunch! The staff were friendly, helpful and incredibly welcoming! I would thoroughly recommend staying here, a 5 minute walk to the beach and not far from old town should you want to explore. The rooms are well equipped the balcony was lovely for evening relax to watch the world go by. The breakfast was a perfect start to each day with a good selection of food that would accommodate most tastes!
Great breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way for you, nice pool area and bar, easy walk into town with supermarkets close by.
