Cons:

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura qualche giorno fa. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad entrare nella struttura anche perché l'host non rispondeva ne' ai messaggi ne' al telefono.
Le fotografie, soprattutto quelle esterne e quelle del giardino non rispecchiano le reali, tutto versa in uno stato di completo abbandono, frutti marci per terra ovunque, immondizia accatastata.
La camera a accettabile ma non pulita adeguatamente, il bagno e il lavandino in camera era sporchi dai precedenti utilizzatori.
La cucina dichiarata su booking in realtà non c'era, cosi pure mancava la tv in camera.
Un angolo colazione che secondo booking doveva offrire il set pet la preparazione di caffè era completamente impolverato e in stato di abbandono e sporco.
Il deposito biciclette era in condizioni inaccettabili con disordine e sporco. Il prezzo, decisamente eccessivo!!

A szoba tiszta volt

Cons:

A wc-t a zuhanytálcán keresztül kellett megközelíteni. A wc-ben nem volt mosdó.
Nem volt legkondi 37 fokban.
A bicikli garázs tele volt koszos ágyneművel.
A kertben rengeteg hullott alma rohadt a székek körül.
A kávé géphez kanalat egyáltalán nem találtunk.

I would never ever recommend it to anyone.
Pros:

A warm welcome from beetles, spiders, webs, grasshoppers, bees and mosquitoes inside the room. There is facility for a free sauna because the room temperature itself is already 30+. You need to have cash with you because the owner wants extra cash for nothing.

Cons:

Very bad experience super bad and unwelcoming behaviour from owner. No AC or even a single fan. Full of insects and no soap for the shower side. Washroom was very tiny and dirty and full of cobwebs. The eagerness of rest turns into restlessness within this boiling hot temperature in bedrooms.

Zum übernachten hat es gerade so gereicht. Ein längerer Aufenthalt wäre

Frühstück gab es nicht. Die Lage ist okay, obwohl ohne Blick auf die Donau.

El peor sitio que hemos visitado en Austria
Pros:

Un sitio muy, muy sucio. Da bastante asco como esta todo. No vale lo que cuesta, el dueño es bastante grosero y no sabe hablar inglés.

Cons:

No repetiría la estancia. De verdad, todo sucio, sabanas sucias, baño asqueroso, vasos sucios… no tiene desperdicio

Na přespání dostatečné
Pros:

Pěkná lokalita, příjemný majitel, možnost uzamčení kol v garáži.

Cons:

K pokoji patřila koupelna sice soukromá, ale přes chodbu. Byla úzká cca kolem 1m. K WC se procházelo skrze sprchu, která byla z obou stran oddělena pouze závěsem.

Aucun message d'accueil avant notre arrivée. Pas de code reçu pour la key box. J'ai envoyé un message au propriétaire via Booking, pas de réponse. Après une heure d'attente, nous avons dû demander au voisin qui a réussi à la joindre.
Temps perdu !
Aucune communication possible par téléphone, ni dans un sens ni dans l'autre ??
Le propriétaire est arrivé à la suite pour nous reprocher d'avoir interpellé le voisin .
Très désagréable.

Licht im Schlafbereich funktionierte nicht, generell der Gesamteindruck der Unterkunft könnte besser und auch sauberer sein...Das Potenzial wäre vorhanden...bisl Arbeit reinstecken dann wird es ansehnlicher

Pros:

Checkin hat gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Sehr schmutzig: Spinnen in allen Räumen; benutztes Wattestäbchen auf dem Boden; nicht gesaugt; Gläser schmutzig. Unangenehmer Geruch in der Wohnung. Gemeinschaftsbad; Tür bekommt man nur mit Gewalt geschlossen - sehr schlecht, wenn man mit Kindern reist. In Bildern ist eine Küche dargestellt - auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, eine Küche gab es mal vor 5 Jahren. Jetzt gibt es kein Besteck, kein Geschirr.
Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist, mehr als eine Nacht wollten wir da nicht bleiben, und das auch nur, weil wir so spät nachts angekommen sind.
Wir können jedem nur von der Unterkunft abraten!
