Sami was a star, he went above and beyond for us. If it wasn't for his service we would have left the hotel on the second day. The location is beautiful and the spa was excellent. The check-in team was efficient and very friendly. Rooms were clean.
The beach chairs are in very poor condition ( some broken/ torn ) and hurts your back making relaxing on the beach imposable, the beds in the rooms are terrible and you end up sleeping on the base planks. They need to be replaced. The breakfast dishes ( very limited selection ) doesn't get re-filled so first come, first serve if you want bacon. They only re-fill the dishes when the management staff eats at the buffet. Stray dogs are a big problem especially when they sleep on the chairs leaving hair on them and the poop on the grass is a problem. Also if you have a beachfront room don't leave the door open as the animals will go inside. Some staff especially at the restaurant and at the bar act like you are an inconvenience not a guest. Luckily not all act with such rude attitudes. The management just makes excuses. When it rains the staff doesn't remove the pillows on the seats which ends up wet for days making them unusable. The boats crosses onto the swimming area and it could cause serious injuries! It is not the Veranda we knew.

- o restaurante da praia é à carta (pago), não está incluído no TI
- cuidado apenas com o ambulante de excursões da praia, pesquisem sempre outras excursões/outros preços. Foi bastante rude e mal educado connosco em frente a toda a gente só porque cancelamos as nossas excursões com ele (ATEMPADAMENTE e via e-mail e Whatsapp)

Территория отеля сама по себе шикарная 😍очень красиво! Выглядит как на 5 звезд. Номера удобные, но требуют ремонта. В целом в номере все есть. Как в 4 звезды..
Еда, кроме макарон я ничего особо и не видела. Плюс птицы, которые садятся прямо на еду в самом месте где стоит еда . В номере были муравьи и прям очень нужен ремонт в ванной!

I'd like the room very clean and cozy,it was woww on first step itself. All staff very pleasant 👌 Hotel itself very clean well maintained.
Food wasn't good at all,there's plenty of dog everywhere, near the bar surrounding ,pool,on pathways, nearly got bitten by the dog near the bar.
No entertainment for guest 😕 in the evening no music ,just some random song of Botswana on guest requests.
Entertainment very poor ,totally disappointed 😞.
