Cons:

Було дуже холодно в номері. Кондиціонер на підігрів так і не змогли налаштувати. Перевели мене в інший номер, менша кімната, душова кабіна замість ванної, різницю в ціні не повернули.

Pros:

The hotel is old but well kept, you can tell all the decor and furniture is old but it's all well kept and clean. The localisation is great, right by the old town part of Ostrava, 10min tram/bus ride from the train station. Hovever there are night clubs all around the hotel so it can be really loud outside on the weekends.
The breakfast were very simple but enough, we barely saw any staff during our stay but the girl at the front desk seems to be tired of her job.
overall an ok stay, everything that was advertised was provided but I trully have no idea on what grounds this is a 4 star hotel, it really doesn't deserve that status.

Špinavé, zastaralé, nevhodné na ubytovanie

Cons:

Hotel nezodpovedá 4*, pôsobí max. na 2*, hneď pri vstupe je smrad, recepčná nevie vysvetliť kde máme zaparkovať auto, pri vstupe do izby maximálny šok(smrad, špina) ani sme si nevybalili veci a po 15 min. sme sa od ubytovali. Vybavenie izby žiadne - jedna malá skriňa, kde sa nezmestil ani oblek.
Kúpeľňa vyzerala ako z roku 1990 - kľučka pokazená, stará vaňa bez záclony, kohútik išiel ťažko,- celá kúpeľňa vyzerala úplne nehygienicky, báli sme sa vyzuť, aby sme nedostali nejakú kožnú chorobu, parkovisko ako z hororu, zadný vstup z parkoviska do hotela sa nedal zamknúť - žiadna bezpečnosť. Miestnosť na raňajky sa podobala krčme. Na ulici sú striptízové a iné bary. Toto ubytovanie v žiadnom prípade neodporúčam - boli to vyhodené peniaze a my sme si museli o 22:30 hľadať nové ubytovanie. Stacionárny bicykel bola čerešničkou na torte: nevkusný doplnok do spálne - hneď oproti izby.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable. A good breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit cramped. Like many older style hotels the walls are not very soundproof and I was able to hear the conversation of the two ladies in the next room well after midnight. Unlike a lot of hotels where bathrooms in adjacent rooms tend to back onto each other, the bathroom of the room next door abutted the bedroom wall and it was quite noisy whenever one of the ladies were in there. There was no bedside table or anything so I ended up moving a small cabinet around before and after I left so that my stuff wasn't on the floor.
