Mejorar los aires acondicionados tomó mucho tiempo que estuviera fría la habitación, el aire muy pequeño para la habitación de las grandes.
Um hotel charmoso e muito bem localizado, que proporciona uma experiência bastante agradável em Cartagena. O atendimento é um destaque à parte, com equipe gentil e atenciosa, além de um café da manhã muito bem servido.
Como ponto de melhoria, o chuveiro deixou a desejar, com pouca pressão de água e temperatura instável, o que comprometeu um pouco o conforto.
Ainda assim, a experiência geral foi muito positiva, e o hotel certamente vale a estadia.
De retour dans cet hôtel que nous apprécions beaucoup. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et vraiment sympathique. Les chambres sont propres, la piscine bien entretenue, le quartier est calme, avec restaurants et commerces aux alentours. L'aéroport est à 10-15mn à pied sans que l'on entende les avions.

Emplacement proche de l'aéroport, très pratique.
Personnel incroyable, disponible, à l'écoute et très arrangeant. Chambre grande. Petit déjeuner tres bon, surtout pour les standards colombiens. Un plus pour la possibilité de manger sur place le midi. Et la piscine est un atout de l'établissement.
La chambre donne sur la route et peut etre bruyante (sans que ce soit insupportable).
Tout était parfait ! L’emplacement proche de tout !

De tudo, o hotel é lindo, cafe da manha muito bom e os quartos muito bons, com banho e camas bons. Mas o melhor foi o atendimento das meninas da recepção. Luz e Gali muito amáveis e nos ajudavam em tudo. Um dos melhores hotéis que fiquei e tem uma piscina maravilhosa.

This hotel is outstanding from every aspect!!!!! The rooms are beautiful. The pool is sparkling clean and cleaned every morning. The cleaning staff keep this place absolutely sparkling clean!!!! The place is perfect!!!! Also approx 1 km from the airport BUT you do not hear planes! The staff is wonderful and friendly. We have been in South America for five weeks and this is by far the best place we have been! It’s absolutely perfect! I gave it a lower score because of location - but a short taxi ride takes you to the old town. When we were here first we stayed in the centre - if we were to come again we would stay here. We couldn’t be happier
A little removed from the old town but it’s very easy to take a cab or a walk
