Please note that the internal pool operates from end of September to May, while the outdoor pool operates from end of May to end of September.

Use of the internal swimming pool is offered free of charge after appointment. Restrictions apply for children.

Only people 16 years old or above are allowed to enter the spa area. Please note that up to 2 Sundays per month the Spa will be closed for maintenance reasons.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Excellent, personable staff !
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and professional. Christos could not do enough for us, and the chef was delightful.
Fabulous wine list, food and breakfast!
Facilities were excellent.

Cons:

Nothing! Even out of season, staff were great.

Hotel konforluydu. Yataklar geniş ve rahattı.

Cons:

Açık havuz tahminimden küçüktü. Aşırı kalabalıktı. Dışardan gelenlere açıktı beni hiç mutlu etmedi.
Kahvaltıdaki kahve klor kokuyordu.

A nice overall experience. I would choose it again for my stay.
Pros:

Nice and clean room, friendly staff, nice view of the mountain scenery from the room and balcony, big parking space.

Cons:

A bit noisy in the morning hours with people getting in and out of their rooms. The sound of the number dial on the door locks is too loud.

Cons:

Είχαμε κλείσει σουίτα για 4 ενήλικες και το κρεβάτι καναπές είναι πραγματικά μόνο για παιδιά μικρό και ένα λεπτό στρωματάκι, φυσικά και δεν χωράει εκεί ενηλικας. Οταν το ανέφερα στην κυρία στην ρεσεψιόν η απάντηση ήταν ότι δεν τους το έχουν πει ξανά… . Μας έβαλαν ωστόσο δεύτερο στρωματάκι από ράντζο αλλά και πάλι δεν ήταν βολικό .
Το δωμάτιο ήταν κρύο, για θέρμανση είχε μόνο ένα ένα air condition, την δεύτερη μέρα κατάφερε να ζεσταθεί ενώ στο μπάνιο δεν υπήρχε καθόλου θέρμανση και μύριζε προφανώς από την αποχέτευση.
Γενικά θέρμανση δεν υπήρχε ούτε στον χώρο του πρωινού
Στο soa δεν πήγαμε καθόλου, όπου χρέωναν την σάουνα και το υδρομασάζ κάτι που δεν μου έχει τύχει σε άλλα αντίστοιχα ξενοδοχεία
Φύγαμε μια μέρα νωρίτερα από την κράτηση μας τελικά και η κυρία στην ρεσεψιόν ήταν αγενής ενώ ο κύριος στην αντίστοιχη θέση ήταν ευγενικός

Όλα ήταν πεντακάθαρα και το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο!

Cons:

Δεν μου άρεσε που το τζακούζι ήταν κοινόχρηστο και περνούσε ο κόσμος μπροστά σου και έκαναν απίστευτη φασαρία, επίσης ήταν μόνο για μισή ώρα !

Pros:

Η διαμονή μας στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν γενικά ευχάριστη. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό, υπήρχε πάντα ζεστό νερό και η θέρμανση λειτούργησε άψογα, κάτι ιδιαίτερα σημαντικό για την άνεσή μας.

Cons:

Η ηχομόνωση των δωματίων ήταν ανεπαρκής. Υπήρχαν αρκετές οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά και οι θόρυβοι ακούγονταν από νωρίς το πρωί, ενώ γενικά κάθε κίνηση (τηλεοράσεις, βήματα κ.λπ.) γινόταν αισθητή μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Επιπλέον, το WiFi δεν λειτούργησε καθόλου κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Με βελτιώσεις σε αυτούς τους τομείς, η εμπειρία θα μπορούσε να γίνει σαφώς πιο ξεκούραστη.

Διαμονή κάτω του μετρίου για ξενοδοχειο 4 αστέρων .
Pros:

Άνετοι χώροι, μεγάλο πάρκινγκ, διάφορες επιλογές εσωτερικής πισίνας, γυμναστηρίου, spa.

Cons:

Στο δωμάτιο, τρύπιες κουρτίνες, καθόλου αλλαγή σεντονιών σε διάστημα τεσσάρων διανυκτερεύσεων και αλλαγή πετσετών μόνο μια φορά κατόπιν δικής μας υπόδειξης.
Κακή εικόνα στο μπαλκόνι με θέα γεμάτη αράχνες στα κάγκελα.
Το πρωινό, επιεικώς απαράδεκτο, με ξεσκέπαστα σχεδόν τα περισσότερα φαγητά ή γλυκά σε κοινή θέα.
Εκτός αυτού φαγητά που ήταν και σκεπασμένα ήταν παγωμένα.

The breakfast was acceptable.

Cons:

The room was freezing cold. They then added an electric heater which unfortunately took down the electricity of the room, so when we arrived back in the evening, the room was without electricity and freezing cold. We could hear our neighbour's phone call until very late in the night as there is no sound insulation in the rooms. The indoor swimming pool was not available as there was a problem with the heating mechanism. So in the end it was quite a disappointment.

Pros:

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία! Το ξενοδοχείο κοντά στα Ιωάννινα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και άψογα οργανωμένο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, ευρύχωρο και πεντακάθαρο, ιδανικό για χαλάρωση.

Θα ήθελα να δώσω ιδιαίτερα συγχαρητήρια στο προσωπικό: οι δύο κοπέλες στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν ευγενέστατες και εξυπηρετικότατες, ενώ το ίδιο ισχύει και για το προσωπικό που εργάζονταν στο spa, στο μπαρ αλλά και για τις καμαριέρες. Όλοι ανεξαιρέτως ήταν ευγενικοί, πρόθυμοι και επαγγελματίες.

Το πρωινό ήταν απλά τέλειο, πεντανόστιμο και με μεγάλη ποικιλία. Συνολικά, μια υπέροχη διαμονή που σίγουρα θα ξαναεπιλέξω και θα προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
