Please note that the internal pool operates from end of September to May, while the outdoor pool operates from end of May to end of September.

Pros:

We hadden een ruime suite met een groot bed. Zowel het bed als de slaapbank waren comfortabel. Het zwembad was niet al te druk en prettig ingericht. Voor onze kinderen was het zwembad groot genoeg om lekker te kunnen zwemmen en spelen.

Cons:

Tijdens ons verblijf waren er helaas problemen met de watervoorziening en riolering. De waterdruk was elke dag een paar uur erg laag, waardoor het soms niet mogelijk was om goed door te spoelen. Hierdoor hing er af en toe een onaangename geur.

Daarnaast was het binnenzwembad gesloten.

Pros:

Καθαρό και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο με καλές παροχές σε ησυχη περιοχή, εύκολο παρκινγκ, ευγενικό προσωπικό, συμπαθητικό πρωινό.

Cons:

Λεπτομέρεις στο δωμάτιο, όπως η πόρτα του ντουζ που δεν έκλεινε καλά και στο μπαλκόνι θα προτιμούσα κάποιο διαχωριστικό από τα διπλανά δωμάτια για ιδιωτικότητα.

Pros:

Понравилось то, что отель расположен у дороги, а мы были проездом. Приятно поплавали в открытом бассейне. В номере оказалось 3 балкона с видом на горы.

Cons:

У нас сложилось впечатление что после уборки номер простоял с полгода. Затхлый запах, в туалете обнаружился пучок волос, как будто его не увидела горничная и он вызвал у нас чувство отвращения. Мое пожелание управляющему обратите внимание на моющие средства, которые используют при уборке, потому что в общем коридоре мы встретили убирающуюся горничную и был неприятный запах в моменте уборки. Если бы не это, то отель неплохой, кровать, подушки, все отличное, прекрасные полотенца и постельное белье.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πάνω στην Εθνική Οδό Άρτας Ιωαννίνων, πολυ εξυπηρετικό. Τα δωμάτια έχουν πολύ καλή μόνωση οπότε δεν ακούγεται ο θόρυβος του δρόμου. Τα δωμάτια είναι μεγάλα, άνετα και πεντακάθαρα με δική τους βεράντα. Όμορφος χώρος πρωϊνού. Πρωινό με πολλές επιλογές.

Under no circumstances is this hotel worth the money
Pros:

I’m giving it a 6 only because the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was quite spacious.

Cons:

The furniture was dirty, and both the curtains and drapes were dirty as well, with many tears and snags.

The breakfast was very poor. There wasn’t even a single vegetable available. As for the fruit, there were only two apples and two pears. They claim to be a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, it deserves no more than 2 stars.

I had read another review where a lady complained about the lack of variety of fruit, and the hotel’s response was that it wasn’t the season for those fruits. Does that mean it’s still not the season—not for fruit, and not even for vegetables?

Very disappointing! We definitely won’t be coming back.

Pros:

Good lunch and dinner at the restaurant. The room was the biggest we've had and we loved hearing the birds every morning.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay. The pool was often full of local kids, so not very relaxing. Quite a few of the amenities listed on Booking were not available.
