We had an absolutely great time!
Pros:

I really liked that Sandy was easy to reach and was very responsive to my needs.

Nice place to stay for vacation
Pros:

The location is great. Walkable distance to beach. The ocean view from the balcony is awesome. Available extra towels, beach chairs, kid toys….make more fun. Laundry is also available in property plus many good restaurants nearby. The owner is very easy to reach out and give us lots of good suggestions. Definitely will come back next time.

Cons:

No big concern. The minor problem is there is sand on the floor, but is not a big deal

Perfect unit and location for 4 adults and 1 toddler
Pros:

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family (2 grandparents, 2 parents, one 18 month old toddler). The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, the beds were VERY comfortable (we even had the two twin beds converted into a king), and there was even a lot of beach gear available too including towels, chairs, snorkel gear, etc! We were especially grateful for all the accommodations for our toddler - a pack and play, high chair/booster seat, and toddler plates/cutlery was provided. The condo was located in the third building (furthest from the road) but the views were amazing and the walk to the beach was very short. The common spaces (pool and tennis courts) were never too busy and perfect for us. The location is quite walkable to shopping and restaurants. Plus, Sandy, the host, was incredibly communicative and helpful before, during, and after our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful property but a bit noisy for light sleepers
Pros:

Great location, comfortable beds and living room furniture, lots of beach equipment, and clean pool area. The grounds are beautiful and very close to the beach. Host was very helpful and responsive to all our needs.

Cons:

If you are a light sleeper, the upstairs loft bedroom is noisy. There is a ventilation fan that cannot be turned off and is loud. Neighbors can be heard talking as if they are in the room. Not really an issue unless they are loud when trying to sleep. The downstairs room is nice and quiet. There was a bit of a pest issue during our stay, definitely can’t leave any food or dishes that good on it out on counter.

We had a lovely stay.
Pros:

Clean, easy access to beach and basic shops. Nice touch that they allow people to leave condiments! Property owner was very appropriately communicative.

Overall a wonderful stay in beautiful south Maui
Pros:

Great location within a short walk to Kamaole III Beach
Host is very helpful with lots of information before and during the stay
Master bedroom upstairs is comfortable with lots of storage
Kitchen is well stocked for all cooking needs

Cons:

The place is a bit tight for 7, its indicated max occupancy.
The pull-out bed in the bedroom downstairs and the sofa bed are not as comfortable.
Bathrooms are bit small - it will be nice to have more hooks and counter space.
