The hotel staff, from the lobby attendants to the restaurant servers and even the employees we met in the elevator, were all very friendly and warm. When they learned that there was a 78-year-old elder in our family，they immediately arranged a room with senior-friendly facilities in the bathroom, showing great attention and thoughtfulness.

Cons:

While guests can use the indoor and outdoor swimming pools at the InterContinental Hotel across the street, the indoor pool is relatively small, and children over 16 are not allowed to stay in the pool alone after 6 pm, making the time a bit tight for tourists.

Hotel was amazing, just wish it was in a different location!
Pros:

Hotel was lovely. Clean, comfortable, and the staff were lovely. Quiet rooms considering bars around.

Cons:

The location was terrible. The bay was horrible, it’s in the party section which is to be avoided. Had to walk through paceville to get down to a nicer section.

Really enjoyable and relaxing

Cons:

Slight inconsistency with what in essence was a fabulous breakfast. Had the same breakfast three times, each time it was different. Often ran out of drinking receptacles, either glasses or teapots, only once found a milk jug to go with a pot of tea.

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία διαμονής! Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, ιδανικό για εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και προσεγμένο σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια, ενώ το προσωπικό ευγενικό και πάντα πρόθυμο.

Ξεχωριστή αναφορά αξίζει στην Andriana στο πρωινό, η οποία με το χαμόγελο και την εξυπηρετικότητά της έκανε τη διαφορά.

Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπιλέξουμε!

Sehr tolles Hotel mit super Frühstück, unmittelbar in Partyzonen Nähe.
Pros:

Unglaublich tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer waren seeeeehr großzügig. Gute schalldämmende Fenster. Coole Bar und Restaurant.

Cons:

Dass die Sauna und der Indoorpool nicht im Haus war, sondern man in Intercontinental Hotel rüber gehen musste. Auch war auf Booking angegeben, dass es Parkmöglichkeiten gibt. Das war irritierend, den es gab nur eine öffentliche kostenpflichtige Garage.

Fantastic stay and special thanks to Mr Liam
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at voco Malta, and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is brand new, very clean, and beautifully designed. One of the biggest advantages for us was that it is dog-friendly, which made our trip even more comfortable.

The location is excellent—there’s a shopping mall nearby and plenty of restaurants within walking distance, so everything you need is right there.

We would especially like to thank Mr. Liam for his exceptional service. We arrived early at 9 AM, fully aware that check-in wouldn’t normally be possible. However, he kindly arranged a room for us by 10 AM so our baby could rest, which we truly appreciated. It made a huge difference after our journey. He also prepared a thoughtful complimentary surprise for my husband’s birthday during our stay, which was such a lovely gesture.

Additionally, we would like to mention the kind lady in the lobby (grey uniform, long blonde hair) who helped us find our way to the bridge leading to the indoor pool at the InterContinental Hotel—she was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, a 10/10 experience. If we visit Malta again, we will definitely stay here again!
