Hotel frumos, localizat central, personal amabil.
Pros:

Camere frumoase, mari, curate, locatie centrala, personal foarte amabil.

Cons:

Piscina interioara e localizata in hotelul Intercontinental si e insuficienta pt numarul mare de persoane prezente, iar mirosul de clor mult prea puternic. Pe partea unde sunt camerele premium se construieste in apropiere si zgomotul puternic incepe de la 7 dimineata. Mancarea la micul dejun e aceeasi in fiecare zi. Aerul conditionat din camera nu a functionat decat pe 15 grade in mare parte, si era blocat din centrala, nu se putea da pe o temperatura mai mare.

Terastaki havuzunun kullanıma kapalı olması moralleri bozdu. Keşke rezervasyon aşamasında bunun bilgisi verilseydi.

Bardzo ładna łazienka, wspaniały taras, świetne śniadanie i cała przestrzeń restauracyjna

Cons:

Zamknięty basen dachowy o czym hotel nas nie poinformował, a mieliśmy zamiar spędzić tam trochę czasu. Sprzątanie pokoju pozostawia trochę do życzenia.

We see ,but is more for yang people to go on the clubs , wich are verry near to the hottel .

Everything was fantastic , from the staff and service to the food, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the atmosphere !

There is not a large beach and not enough places and sun loungers !

De kamer was heel groot met een mooi balkon en zeer proper

Cons:

Het zwembad om the roof top was dicht.Best bij boeken vragen of het zwembad open is. We konden het zwembad van het andere hotel gebruiken maar dat was veel te klein voor 2 zeer grote hotels, zowel het binnen als buitenzwembad.

Pros:

Soba je bila čista. Čeprav smo bili 4 smo dobili samo po 2 brisači.

Cons:

Zajtrk na slikah, ki so objavljene izgleda super. tam smo lahko izbirali samo med meniji, kjer si lahko na dan izbral samo eno možnost. Če smo hoteli še kaj naročiti je bilo treba plačati. Kar je bilo self service, pa je bilo izredno malo izbire.

Aspetti positivi

Abbiamo soggiornato al voco Malta e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. Una delle cose che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente è stata sicuramente la camera: davvero molto ampia, spaziosa e confortevole, con dimensioni decisamente generose.

Ottima anche la colazione, molto completa e varia, con una parte a buffet e la possibilità di ordinare alcune preparazioni à la carte. Una formula che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato sia per la qualità sia per la scelta.

Molto buono anche il livello del servizio e la disponibilità del personale. Durante la notte abbiamo avuto un problema con l’aria condizionata e, nonostante l’orario, lo staff si è immediatamente attivato facendo intervenire la manutenzione e riuscendo a risolvere il problema. Un’attenzione e un’efficienza che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole, soprattutto per il comfort e le dimensioni della camera, l’ottima colazione e la professionalità del personale.
