It was very clean !

Cons:

Very busy street. Very noisy. I needed earplugs. Far outside the center. Toilet without Toilet seat is a no go !! Sorry can not give a better rating.

Pros:

Spacious clean room.
Nice warm shower.
Private covered parking on the first floor (not locked but feels secure).
We were allowed to do laundry free of charge (had our own detergent).
A couple of decent restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Some street noice at all hours.
3 km walk from the city center - but a taxi will take you there for 3-5 soles.
