All the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant manager was always present, kind and smiling all the time.
A good variety of food, drinks and desserts. Bottled water always available. Housekeeping lady was lovely. The entertainment team were superb. Had lots of activities for children and adults.
Indoor pool was great, especially in April when the outdoor pools were rather cold. Slides were a hit with the kids. Lots of space outside and plenty of sunloungers so always found enough no matter what time we went out.
Our room was spacious and generally clean. Bathroom room and toilet separate which was good. There was a mini fridge in the room.
The hotel is very close to the beach.
No kettle or iron in the room.
Nothing to hold the shower up so you had to hold it while showering.
You can't use the hotel towels outside, you have to take your flown to the pool etc.
The hotel description says they have a private beach with sunloungers and parasols but there weren't any where they were supposed to be, we went to the beach daily.
There was sewage smell every so often.

Beaucoup de bruit, travaux en cours. Mal isolé. On a dû demander 4 fois des serviettes de bains car il y en avait que deux pour 4 personnes. On les as eus que le lendemain dans l’après midi.
Slm franchement ya rien a dire c'est le meilleur hotel dans la zone de yasmine hammamet et bien sur avec des meilleures animateurs pour passer des bons vacances un grand merci dadou le meilleur animateurs ne change pas 🙏
Les infrastructures, les chambres pas trop mal mais les matelas très dur et les essuis pas propres
Le restaurant c'est 0/10 franchement du café froid ,le buffet du petit déjeuner 3/10 les tables du souper de la veille sont nettoyées en vitesse avant le petit déjeuner, et le déjeuner 0/10,et le dîner 0/10
L'hôtel est à quelques mètres de la mer et à quelques mètres de Carthage land.
Les chambres sont spacieuses avec des salles de bain pratiques.
Les espaces extérieurs sont très bien aménagés.
La cuisine est bonne.
Les chambres manquent d'un bouilloire (coin café).
Le petit déjeuner commence à 7h.
La piscine intérieure donne sur la réception ( peu d'intimité pour celle qui porte le foulard et qui aime se baigner).
L'isolation sonore des chambres est très défaillante.

Ce que je trouve dommage c’est que j’avais fait une demande pour un anniversaire et à part un gâteau aucune animation ou soirée alors que l’on m’avez répond par Mail < notre équipe d’animation se fera un plaisir de sans occuper > et à la finalité rien.
