The staff were friendly. The cleaning ladies were doing a good job. Evening entertainment was good too.
The food taste was horrible, and rooms need upgrading. The bathroom door could not be locked. There was no kettle in the room, and no bottle water was provided even at the bar. Sometimes, there was no water available. When I asked staff, they kept sending me from one place to another, but nobody could provide a water bottle, especially in the evening. No tea facilities are provided in the room. Even in the bar, coffee and tea were horrible tastes .
Un séjour absolument incroyable ! Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel : super accueillant, toujours souriant et d’une grande gentillesse. Un grand merci aux maîtres-nageurs, à toute l’équipe du restaurant ainsi qu’à la team animation — chacun a contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.
L’ambiance est tout simplement géniale, chaleureuse et conviviale. On se sent tout de suite à l’aise et bien entouré. Je repars avec de très beaux souvenirs !
L’hôtel en lui-même est top, et que dire de la nourriture… le buffet est excellent, varié et de grande qualité. Franchement, rien à redire. Je recommande vivement !
Le seul petit point d’amélioration concernerait l’insonorisation des chambres. Il serait appréciable d’avoir du double vitrage afin de mieux atténuer les bruits extérieurs, car on peut parfois entendre ce qui se passe dehors. Cela dit, cela n’a en rien gâché notre séjour qui reste excellent !

You are not allowed to bring food from the outside and the food inside is moderate
Emplacement, proximité de la mer et des commerces. Les piscines.
Beaucoup de bruit, travaux en cours. Mal isolé. On a dû demander 4 fois des serviettes de bains car il y en avait que deux pour 4 personnes. On les as eus que le lendemain dans l’après midi.
All the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant manager was always present, kind and smiling all the time.
A good variety of food, drinks and desserts. Bottled water always available. Housekeeping lady was lovely. The entertainment team were superb. Had lots of activities for children and adults.
Indoor pool was great, especially in April when the outdoor pools were rather cold. Slides were a hit with the kids. Lots of space outside and plenty of sunloungers so always found enough no matter what time we went out.
Our room was spacious and generally clean. Bathroom room and toilet separate which was good. There was a mini fridge in the room.
The hotel is very close to the beach.
No kettle or iron in the room.
Nothing to hold the shower up so you had to hold it while showering.
You can't use the hotel towels outside, you have to take your flown to the pool etc.
The hotel description says they have a private beach with sunloungers and parasols but there weren't any where they were supposed to be, we went to the beach daily.
There was sewage smell every so often.

Les infrastructures, les chambres pas trop mal mais les matelas très dur et les essuis pas propres
Le restaurant c'est 0/10 franchement du café froid ,le buffet du petit déjeuner 3/10 les tables du souper de la veille sont nettoyées en vitesse avant le petit déjeuner, et le déjeuner 0/10,et le dîner 0/10
L'hôtel est à quelques mètres de la mer et à quelques mètres de Carthage land.
Les chambres sont spacieuses avec des salles de bain pratiques.
Les espaces extérieurs sont très bien aménagés.
La cuisine est bonne.
Les chambres manquent d'un bouilloire (coin café).
Le petit déjeuner commence à 7h.
La piscine intérieure donne sur la réception ( peu d'intimité pour celle qui porte le foulard et qui aime se baigner).
L'isolation sonore des chambres est très défaillante.
