Pros:

Clean room, excellent service. Staff very helpfull.

Cons:

Safe is not fixed in room. The first room given had mould on the walls. Rooms on the 6th floor was very noisy from the boardrooms on the floor.

Hotel liegt 20 Minuten Fußweg entfernt vom Metro-Station Majestic. Autorikscha Chauffeur verlangen den doppelten Betrag als auf den Apps wie OLA, Rapido, Yantri...
Schwimmbad war gesperrt wegen Unterhalt.

Disgusted because one seeks to sleep in something clean .
Pros:

The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean with shampoo and a brush.

Cons:

The sheet and the blanket were stained and even though we told them to change it, they changed it for an identical one.

Nice stay with spacious , clean rooms, Pretty hot place with lots of eateries around & easy access
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty okay. Most importantly, the cut fruits were fresh & NOT KEPT in cold storage / freezer. Ususally, most restaurants keep fruits in refrigerator which is very bad & I do not like it. In ZION, the fruits were fresh and tasty . Poori was pretty good & Payasam was excellent. Vada was very good too

Overall, it was filling to stomach & satisfied

Cons:

Idli was not hot and could have been better. Coconut chutney could also have been much better. All foods were warm but not hot. I prefer our Indian dishes to be hot which is very important

Pros:

The hotel was clean. Comfortable. The washroom amentites were good.

Cons:

Wi fi was non exsistant. The television was just for decoration. The power point besides the bed wasn't working.

Let me be honest…
Experience with reception team was not good (sorry to mention, especially with the female staff). The basic problem is they seems to lack trust and doesnot seems to have an idea about customer experience.
We booked double room for 2 people and 2 nights… seems as per the hotel policy ;-), they cannot give 2 access cards. Completely ridiculous. You only get one access card and you have to align among 2 people on how and where to get the card.
I was staying in several hotels from Hyatt, Marriott, IHG groups and never experienced this kind of treatment.
Sorry to mention, if in case of any frustrations or will to show power, please do it elsewhere, but not with customers.
What we need is the best experience during our stay and do trust your customers.
