Pros:

The breakfast was good.The hotel facilities exceeded my expectations.Since I'm not a local person,it was a great expereince to stay here

Cons:

Maybe there are some unneccessary fees that could be removed.The staff who was at the counter while I was checking out,he was a bit rude to me.All the other staffs were helpfup except him.

Honestly speaking, this is the best hotel in terms of security, cleanliness, restaurant and other facilities in Kuakata area for family or foreign guest. the restaurant food is honestly the best in Kuakata if you are looking for clean hygiene and standard food. honestly no other hotel came close this one as per the choices i saw in Kuakata.

Cons:

The rooms shown in the picture were more glamour and seemed bigger. despite that the rooms were clean regardless. but the hotel exterior is very well done but the interior expected to have the same kind of details and ambient as in the outside,

A pleasant stay but a few things could be better.
Pros:

I really appreciated several aspects of the accommodation during my stay. The room was comfortable and well-maintained with a good level of cleanliness throughout. I also liked that parking was easily accessible and convenient. The breakfast offered was satisfying with a decent variety and the staff were polite, helpful and made the experience more pleasant.

Cons:

However, there were a few things I didn’t particularly enjoy. I found the prices at the restaurant to be quite high for the quality and portion sizes. Additionally, the swimming pool being located on the ground floor was not ideal. It lacked privacy and a nice view. I was also disappointed that there was no sea view from the room and no veranda to sit and relax outdoors. These are small touches that could have made the stay more enjoyable.

We had an awesome time at Kuakata and your resort added the relaxation my family needed.
Pros:

The staffs were super courteous and very helpful. The food was awesome. It was beyond expectations.

Cons:

Everything was top notch. I can’t think of anything to even suggest. I wish all hospitality industries would take of their guests the way you guys make sure that no stone was unturned in terms of providing services to your guests. I would definitely go back and also make recommendations to my friends and other family members. Thanks a bunch. 😊🙏

it was very good.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. However, a little mroe variety of healthy foods such as saladas and vegetables would have been nice.
