Peut être le petit déjeuner, un peu classique pour un si bel endroit . Nous nous attendions à un buffet .

Loved the New Year’s Party, friendly staff but needs major revamp in costumer service training & hotel logistics
Pros:

The property is gorgeous. The Typica hotel—- the sister hotel—- has a great pool but it is not heated and Santa Rosa tends to be cooler. The two hotels and the coffee farm are not connected, guests have a long walk on an unpaved road.

The New Year’s party was unforgettable and it is the only reason I would go back. While management is incredibly friendly, the property is not being managed properly. I shared much of this feedback in person and hope they work hard to bring this amazing property to the level it can be.

Cons:

Lack or organization. Several guests were taken out of their rooms to accommodate for a wedding party.

Staff lack training in costumer service. Rooms in both hotels don’t have good insulation. If you have loud guests in the hotel, you will get no sleep.

While I am dog lover, there are too many street dogs on the coffee farm and their barks wake you up early.

The restaurant is amazing with live music!

Nunca pude recibir la reserva porque Booking permitió hacer el agendamiento, pero ellos se comunicaron con que no tenían disposición una falta de respeto completa. Nunca cancelaron la reserva porque se solicitó la cancelación gratuita no dieron respuesta alguna un terrible servicio

Pros:

El desayuno fantástico y con buenas opciones. La ubicación excelente y la facilidad de compartir las opciones que ofrecen con los servicios del mirador del café hizo de la estadía una gran experiencia.

Cons:

El cuarto no tenía ganchos para colgar ropa, preguntamos en el hotel y nos dijeron que habían hecho un pedido y que no habían llegado.

Maravillosa Finca donde pasar unos días.
Pros:

Finca de café muy bonita para pasar tu estancia. Instalaciones nuevas, modernas y agradables.
Jacuzzis muy chulos a disposición del cliente.
Tour de café disponible de pago.
Zona de ocio y gastronomía con mirador en la misma finca. Zona de aparcamiento. Piscina en el hotel de la finca situado a 250 metros. Vaya instalaciones de primera muy agradables.
Si lo elegís, acertaréis. Muy bonito todo.

Cons:

Los colchones de las camas no fueron de nuestro gusto. Y quizás la ubicación. Pero haciendo una valoración general compensa elegir esta finca para pasar unos días.
