Eigentlich ein nettes Hotel, aber im Winter sehr kalt
Pros:

Im Prinzip ein gutes Hotel, wenn es nicht Probleme mit der Raumtemperatur im Winter gäbe

Cons:

Wieder ein Hotel das keine konventionelle Heizung in den Zimmern hat, sondern die Klimaanlage auch zum heizen einsetzt. Das führte dazu das mein Zimmer komplett ausgekühlt war als ich ankam. Ich musste erst die Klimaanlage einschalten und nach ca. 45 Minuten kam endlich lauwarme Luft heraus. Zudem muss man die laute Klimaanlage die ganze Nacht laufen lassen. Wenn man das Zimmer verlässt schaltet sie sich natürlich aus und das Zimmer kühlt sofort wieder aus, für mich auch ökologisch eine Katastrophe

Sehr nett, gerne wieder!
Pros:

Upgrade auf Apartment mit Hund auch kurzfristig kein Problem gewesen, sehr nette Mitarbeiter.
Tolles Zimmer und gut organisiert mit Self Check in und out.

Cons:

Leider sehr laute Zimmernachbarn die um 4:30 herumgepöbelt haben.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub im Weinviertel.

Retz ist immer eine Ausflug wert und das Hotel bietet runderalles ab
Pros:

Perfekte Lage direkt am Hauptplatz
Schöne Zimmer

Cons:

Keine Minibar, bzw. Weinkühlschrank im Zimmer oder auf der Etage.
Checkout bis 10:00 Uhr 11:00 Uhr wäre angenehmer.
Frühstück auch etwas länger als 9:30 Uhr

Pros:

Die Lage am Hauptplatz und sehr komfortabel, aber enttäuscht weil es kein Restaurant mehr gibt, aber beim Buchen vom Doppelzimmer, es mit Bildern gezeigt wird, jetzt müssen wir wo anders Frühstück nehmen, 250 Meter weiter, ansonsten liebe Grüße, Familie Weinhengst

ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Hotel und in Retz
Pros:

Tolles Frühstück, genügend von Allem vorhanden, besonders das Englische Frühstück war hervorragend. Früheres Einchecken möglich- sehr nette und prompte Beantwortung der Anfragen

Cons:

Kaffee, Thermoskanne ging nicht gut auszuschenken u es gab Überschwemmung am Tisch. Kaffee zu schwach für diese Hotel Kategorie - zumindest eine Tasse guter Kaffee sollte im Preis inkludiert sein.

Gutes Frühstück mit aufmerksamem Service. Toller Platz über den Dächern von Retz mit Blick in die Weinberge. Bar / Restaurant auch am Abend noch offen und freundlich, wenn man später kommt
