Stairs to the Jungle
Pros:

La struttura è posta al di sopra delle due trafficatissime e confusionarie vie pedonali della cittadina e gode quindi di una relativa tranquillità e della prossimità del verde della giungla. Bella la terrazza adibita a spazio per la colazione servita dalle 06.00

Cons:

Per guadagnarsi la tranquillità dal caos cittadino e raggiungere la struttura si debbono salire numerosi gradini che non per tutti potrebbero essere agevoli, ma il B&B avvisa prontamente nella mail di riscontro alla prenotazione.
Qualche incomprensione con lo staff circa il gradito complimentary pick up dall'affollata stazione inserita in mezzo al caotico bazar.

Parfait !
Pros:

Un grand merci ! Nous avons eu un problème de train et Joe nous a attendu jusqu'à très tard. Nous n'avons que peu profiter de la chambre malheureusement mais tout était parfait. Super bien placé, au calme et chambre top.

Nice place! Well worth the 100 stair climb
Pros:

Really nice hotel with a lot of charm. Staff are very friendly and they have free cold filtered water available to all guests. Keep in mind there are 100 stone and concrete stairs from the street to the entrance of this place, and they are uneven and can be slippery.

Todo fue excelente, vista, desayuno, trato. Sabíamos lo de las escaleras así que fuimos preparados. El personal de atención es muchísimo más amable que la persona que contesta el número registrado en Booking, deberían colocar el número de ese personal para toda la gestión, parece que la persona que atiende el número registrado está siempre ocupada.

Cons:

Los mensajes que envía Booking son automáticos, nos dijeron que vendrían a recogernos, pero no se presentaron. No nos importó, porque subimos las escaleras sin problemas. Estoy seguro de que si hubiera tenido el número del personal de atención, hubieran acudido sin problemas.

Equipe maravilhosa, café da manhã muito bom. Vista sensacional.

Cons:

Muita escada para subir, tornando o acesso ao quarto cansativo. Quem tem problema de mobilidade ou pessoas idosas, não vá. Terão problemas.

Infelizmente, esqueci o Kindle no quarto e, apesar de o hotel ter sido informado sobre o ocorrido, o item não foi devolvido. Cheguei a fornecer um endereço para envio, porém até o momento não recebi o aparelho.

Struttura molto vicina alla piazza principale è immersa nel verde, ottima colazione

Cons:

Le scale per arrivare sono abbastanza impegnative e poco illuminate di notte. Le tende della camera non sono oscuranti e la mattina entra molta luce, inoltre la stanza è parecchio umida. Il prezzo quindi risulta un po’ troppo alto rispetto all’offerta

Un séjour globalement correct , surtout grâce à la situation de l'hôtel. Situé sur les hauteurs, il est bien au calm
Pros:

À savoir avant de réserver : l'accès demande un effort. Il faut grimper une centaine de marches, pas toutes très bien faites.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, mais un peu froides la nuit car pas très bien isolées.
Le petit-déjeuner est servi sur une terrasse avec une vue vraiment à couper le souffle.
Au final, le service est assez moyen, mais le calme et la vue sur la terrasse valent le coup.

Cons:

En revanche, le petit déjeuner est extrêmement léger… Il faut au moins leur reconnaître une certaine prouesse en cuisine pour réussir à couper des tranches de fromage aussi fines !

Pros:

A vista do salão de café da manhã é muito bonita.

Cons:

A subida é realmente muito ingrime, e as cercanias da escadaria estão muito degradadas. A ajuda que eles dão para levar as malas é mandar uma pessoa na estação que pode, no máximo, ajudar com uma ou duas malas pequenas. Se você estiver em grupo, a pessoa não poderá ajudar a todos.

Room with good mountain views in Aquas Callientes
Pros:

The room was clean, there was an issue with the hot water but it got fixed in no time. Good view to the mountains, but you do have to climb stairs. Breakfast did not have milk alternatives, but had a good selection of teas. They also very kindly made me more eggs when I asked for extra.

Cons:

Before I arrived I received a message (I assume automated) from the property asking me for my train ticket details so they can send someone to pick me up from the station. Once I arrived and I messaged them that I cannot find them they simply said i should find the church and walk up the stairs next to it. It took me a few minutes, but anyone with better navigation skills will find this an easy task. This is all good actually, just the initial message made me confused and maybe pivoted my expectations. As per for value for money, I found it quite pricey for what it is, but i guess everything in aquas callientes will be overpriced.
