Bel endroit à l’écart du tumulte, avec une vue impressionnante sur les montagnes autour.
Pros:

Endroit un peu à l’écart du tumulte et du bruit, dans la montagne.

Cons:

Les marches pour y accéder peuvent être un défi. Il faut en être conscient, mais pour nous ce n’était pas un problème.

Charming Place with Beautiful Views
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. It’s definitely worth climbing the stairs to the hotel, because once you reach the upper terrace you can enjoy beautiful views of the place, the square, the valley, and the surrounding hills. The place has a magical atmosphere and really prepares you for the visit to Machu Picchu.
Breakfast was simple but perfectly fine. The room matched the setting well, surrounded by vegetation, and had its own private outdoor terrace.
The staff also kindly stored our luggage while we were on our tour and allowed us to use the shared terrace even after checkout, which we really appreciated, after collecting the luggage.

Pros:

Breakfast was very basic but fine and very fresh. The hotel is very convenient to everything with its central location on the town's main plaza. The views are great from the rooms and communal deck.

Cons:

Too many steps but that's not the hotel's fault. They make that very clear from the start of your booking.

Wonderful views did not make up for poor quality and service
Pros:

The mountain views from the room’s large windows was easily the best thing about this B&B.

Cons:

I don’t know if it was the end of the season and everyone was a little tired, but none of the staff we interacted with seemed happy that we were there. Our bathroom smelled like sewage, and we killed 3 roaches in 2 days. Breakfast was mediocre. Did not match our expectations based on previous reviews.

Pros:

Rupa Rupa was just what it needed to be for us. Location close to the train, bus, restaurants and more. Loved the view from our mountain view room with private outdoor porch. Highly recommend.

The room itself was good but that’s it
Pros:

Clean room and great shower

Cons:

The steps it’s says there are a 100 steps however they are only full steps to number 70 after which they are rocks and mud. They are extreamly steep and not at all safe.

Excellent views, specially from the roof top terrace.
Pros:

Great value, excellent location. More suitable for the adventurous traveler-elevated climb (steep steps) to enter facility.

Pros:

Het hotel lag op een hoogte, we moesten 100 treden omhoog, dat was een verrasing. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en we keken zo richting de bergen. De foto's kloppen! 2kamers die konden worden verbonden tot familie kamer met een balkon.

Cons:

tja, die honderd treden, maar achteraf bleek wel dat dit ergens stond.

Super wonderful stay in fully nature
Pros:

One of my best B & B among all I stayed in my life. So great environment, views, landscapes especially. Totally exposed to nature. So beautiful accommodation with a good stricture. The restaurant at the top floor made me feel in the Forest. I saw many kind of beautiful birds. Near to the bus stop to go to Machupicchu. There was a nice oil heater in my room which was very useful to warm up. Room was very clean and good hot shower. I want to stay again.

Cons:

I made mistake myself by going up another stairs nearby when I arrived at the 1st time, even the B&B kindly gave me a good guidance by WhatsApp. Please locate a signboard at the entrance of stairs near the Charch area.

Cute and great views
Pros:

Great views and right by the main square. Comfortable and tidy rooms.

Cons:

Someone was meant to meet at train station but no one was there on arrival. Place is hard to find with maps as the mountains mess with the location so if someone had met at the train station it would have made things easier. It is quite a climb up the steps to the place, but they do warn you of this. Hot water for showers was essentially non existent and a warm shower was inconsistent.
