Just for 1 or 2 people who look for a cheap stay for 1 or 2 days..
Pros:

Location is good, can reach easily. Check-in process was fast. Budget friendly.. We got 7 rooms for close to 16K

Cons:

Room cleanliness was poor. 24 hour hot water was promised.. we didnt get even after running the tap for 15 mins... Says breakfast is included.. I wont call it breakfast...we didnt get some of the promised items as well.. There is an AC in the room but I doubt if it is working... since it was Jan and Bangalore it was ok..

1 night pleasant stay

Very close to EGL bus stop.
Receptionist was friendly.
Very well decorated reception area.
Room service was good.
Hot water.
Clean room.
Clean bed.
Clean toilet/bathroom.
Since location is an street across main road, no traffic noise - so, a good night sleep.

Improve area: Invoice is delaying (not sure if this is an issue with Booking..com or the hotel)

The bedsheets were brown, the entire room was dirty, no water pressure, bathroom was very dirty. The bedsheets had cigarette burn marks too. Terrible place
